Poor communication
They require you to communicate through their portal which would be fine if only I could access it. This has been going on for years, their responses to emails are so slow it took around 3 weeks to send me a link to change a password (which incidentally I have not forgotten but it does not work hence the request to change) when the link finally arrived a message came up as before 'Error Incorrect recovery link' I give up, I need a decent company to look after my SASS - any recommendations?

I need to crystalise the value of my SIPP.
I need to crystalise the value of my SIPP quickly and phoned the Benefits Team. I was emailed the correct form however needed assistance over the phone to complete this. I spoke to Harry Pearson. He was excellent. Well worth the 5 stars. I hope I can receive the cash within then next 3 weeks due to this help with the paperwork. Thank you Curtis Banks and Harry Pearson.

CURTIS BANKS IS AWFUL
STILL NO PROGRESS
I wrote to SIPP SUPPORT as you suggested and got no response
Nothing received despite Curtis Bank response
This is latest comment on ongoing saga and series of complaints
My tenant and I are confused about e mails from property credit control which are badly written and confuse different issues
I spoke to someone in property insurance at 09.53 on Thursday. He promised to e mail me and my tenant the invoice.
Nothing was received
I talked to customer services as Nucleus and Curtis advised in Trust Pilot earlier in the week who said they could NOT help.
