The rate are good but sometimes the delays in sending the transfer takes a while and also other providers doesn't take transfer fee but remit does which erodes the rate.

Bad service they hold your money for days and they will give you contradicting information. They will keep saying sorry for the inconvenience but they send the fund. Please do yourself the favour and avoid this mobile app.

If I could give no star rating I would
If I could give no star rating I would. It been 4 days and funds has not been sent. I was told there was a technical issue during weekend payout. However it will be paid on Monday. It’s Monday and my funds are held as they need ID. This is not the first time me using this provider and it’s always the same issue I thought by now they would have improved but I guess they won’t and they keep asking me to upload docs. These funds were meant for hospital bills and I have communicated but they don’t seem to care. They are really not worth using.
