Don’t waste your time using this App. Not only do they lie and try and blame it on FCA regulations. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP If you worked hard to earn your money. No money transfer services keep your money in my experience and blame it on the compliance and FCA regulations. I would strongly advise people to think carefully before using this app. In my experience, my money was held for several days, and the explanation given was that it was due to compliance checks and FCA regulations. I found the process frustrating and felt that communication was poor throughout.
While companies are required to carry out regulatory and anti-money laundering checks, I was disappointed by the length of the delay and the lack of transparency regarding when my funds would be released.
If fast access to your money is important to you, you may want to consider alternative money transfer services and do your own research before signing up.
