The worst service I’ve ever received…

The worst service I’ve ever received from any mobile transfer service. They held on to my money and asked me to verify an account ending with digits that weren’t mine before they released the funds to the recipients. I had to get it investigated with the fraud team of my bank. They confirmed the last 4 digits didn’t belong to any account of mine. I sent numerous of emails and spoke to them asking they to return money back to my account and although i spoke and emailed them, they still proceeded with sending the money. I am still waiting for the money to be returned to my account. I have received no written explanation and apology although I have requested for this. Be mindful using their service.

These people simply do not improve. I send weekly to the same destination in the Philippines. Roze complained that I send too many small transfers so now I change to one larger one. This last few weeks every single transfer has been held by compliance. Every time the same questioned asked and the same answers given They are either too lazy or too stupid to look up historic data

This is a later (Feb) edit....To be honest Roze is quite possibly the worst money transfer service i have ever used. They are far from fast anyway, but the number of "Compliance holds" is just ridiculous. As i write this, i have a transfer inder "Operational Hold." A 6am call to customer services told me they have no clue why it is held and they would process immediately. Now 7.30 still waiting and now there is no answer at customer services.
My advice would be to avoid these people.

I have used Roze for some time now. They are not the fastest. They don't particularly like several small transfers to the same destination in the same day.
Rates are good though. Early morning transfers are much faster.
Online help isn't great but phone help is better

NO STAR. to be honest.Waste of time. yes there exchange rate is very high yet the services is really bad. i had a lot a of transaction using this app. The worst is 4 days dealyed transaction because of unclear reasons . i am a frequent money sender. I use there app because of the high rate yet the unclear reasons of delayed transaction has made me realize how bad their services is. Either needs more documents form the receiver, my bank did not approve the amount so on and so fort. as if the banks does not trust this company to have the money. really disappointed with the services. the costumer service is up solutely incompetent of handling customers.

I sent the money and the amount was…

I sent the money and the amount was deposited from my bank account but their app says isn’t deposited and they are waiting for funds contacted them and are saying technical error i don’t know what kind of technical error takes more than 7 hour also they are not replying my message and didn’t pick up the phone and i opened a ticket and mailed them I dont know which way to contact them when they are not responding to me.
I have made transaction before but it’s was small transaction and was easily made but this time i trusted them and made a big transaction which is still not deposited.

My very first transfer is still pending, stating "compliance held". I am transferring to myself and I do not understand while the money is still held with compliance. Please RozeRemit should just cancel and return my money since it is still at your end. I have had to use another platform to complete my transaction.

Roze Remit was Very good when I first…

Roze Remit was Very good when I first started 👌 but when I keep using it I had a nightmare for my last transaction. I have to write an email And wassup to please sort out my problem because my family need the money badly and I even call customer service to sort out.and it wasn't sorted out out .at the end call Roze Remit and to cancel my transaction. And they said takes 3 to 10 days refund. So I said it's fine.
So I send to money to my family using other company. And it took 2 minutes the fund arrived so quickly
And then 2 days later I recieved a notification from my Roze Remit app that the transaction after 5 days has paid. What a ridiculous. Way useless
I would not recommend this company at all What a shame 😕

Since 23.02.2026 this so called company collected my money
Till now they refused to credit the money to my recipient and I have asked for refund they still refused to return my money 💰
After now I will have to go to my Bank to file a complain

This guys are not serious incompetent platform for money transfer you always have to call them after a transfer and it takes hours to process your payment won’t recommend Rose Remit to anyone.. I have to wait for 3 business days for a refund what a waste of time!

Transaction Delay

I experienced a significant delay with my transaction and initially went through several customer service representatives who were unfortunately not very helpful. It was quite frustrating at the time.

However, Rabia eventually assisted me and took the time to properly look into the issue. She was patient, professional, and ensured that the matter was resolved after the long wait. I truly appreciate her effort and commitment to helping me get this sorted.

While the delay and earlier experience were disappointing, I’m grateful that Rabia stepped in and provided the support needed to resolve the issue.

I sent money to My brother and up to now he hasn't received it yet. When you call them they say they are working on it but nothing up to now.
Don't use this app again. They are scammers

Very disappointed with the service from Roze Remit. It took 5 days for the money to be delivered, which is completely unacceptable for a money transfer service. There was no clear communication or update about the delay. I expected a much faster and more reliable service. I will not be using this service again.

J’ai vécu la pire expérience de…

J’ai vécu la pire expérience de transfert d’argent avec Roze Remit.
Un transfert effectué via leur application n’a jamais abouti, alors que l’argent était destiné à gérer une situation familiale extrêmement critique.
Malgré mes demandes répétées de remboursement pour pouvoir envoyer ces fonds par un autre moyen, j’ai subi une véritable torture psychologique : refus injustifié, communications excessivement lentes, réponses répétitives, me faisant tourner en rond alors que l’urgence était réelle.
Ce n’est qu’après les avoir informés de mon intention de saisir mon avocat et la police, démarche que j’étais sur le point d’engager, qu’ils ont finalement procédé au remboursement, comme ils auraient dû le faire dès le départ.

It’s so frustrating sending money to…

It’s so frustrating sending money to your family and they haven’t received in over 12 hours and still haven’t received it. It takes so long for them to pick your calls and they promise me my family will receive it by close of the day and as I’m typing nothing has been received. Roze remit never again.
