The rate are good but sometimes the delays in sending the transfer takes a while and also other providers doesn't take transfer fee but remit does which erodes the rate.

I wish i read the reviews before using this service. Please don’t use this service because they will hold your money for days without any valid explanation. It’s been 9 days since i made a transaction and i don't know where my money has gone. They fail to provide any logical explanation and hold your funds on purpose, and when you contact them they keep saying we are investigating. I am surprised that this company is still allowed to operate in the UK.

On 29 May 2026, I sent £100 to my parent through Remit Home. Four days later, the money still has not been received. During this time, I have contacted customer service multiple times seeking a clear explanation, but I have been given conflicting information and repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved “by the end of the day.”
I even spoke directly with a customer service supervisor, who promised that the funds would be delivered by the end of today. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept, and the recipient still has not received the money.
Up to now1/6/26 I still has not received the money

It is not worth it to use this app
It is not worth it to use this app, firstly they deceive you with a bit higher rate but charges fee making it not better than the others. Secondly, they will not remit the money on time, rather keep your money for 4 days or more to run their business with your money. You have to persuade them with several calls but it will be to no avail. Today is the 4th day and I am still waiting for my transfers to be paid. They have a very very very poor service. Do not use them
