Just received my order of the lifestyle plunge bra ..I'm a size 38f really disappointed it's an awful fit and not good quality ..returning shortly

I used to really like this brand - high quality and well-fitting bras. The three I've had recently have been unusable after washing as some substance has pilled between two layers. Unfortunately customer service has not responded to me, despite emailing and reaching out on social media.

Well Curvy Kate specialise particularly in lingerie and swimwear for, you've guessed it, curvy women!

And they stock products (allegedly) from 28D up to 46K. So I thought Black Friday sales, nice time to see if I can get a selection of beautiful items for my wife who is a 42GG.

Imagine my surprise then when not a single item is available in 42GG. Not even ONE item is available in that size, in spite of the fact that I can always find items, that fit well and are always in stock in that size at Marks & Spencer stores and at a MUCH cheaper price.

What an absolute shambles of a company, and clearly an entirely mismanaged supply chain. I should add that on further inspection, most larger cup sizes (think G-K) are only available up to a back size of 40, so if you are 42 or higher, the chances of you finding something are very slim.

Perhaps they should rethink their branding and approach and get someone in who actually knows how to run a business properly.

Will never seek to use this company ever again!

Not true to size. Curvy Kate Victory Balcony Bra Latte -ordered a size 36DD which is what I usually wear but it was far too small and poor quality. I was very surprised by all this, considering they appear to be so posh.

Awful customer service, managed to return a bra that was the wrong size but after paying for and ordering a replacement inclusive of paying for shipping over 2 weeks later and no sign of my parcel. On top of this when calling the helpline during service hours 9:30am on a Tuesday was repeatedly cut off after 2 minutes of wait music, live chat wasn't available and now I am scrambling for another option for this weekends costumed event.

Awful customer service, do not trust to deliver on time or at all.

I haven’t received my order yet, but had an email to say that I requested a refund. I spoke to Adriana on a live chat and I’ve never experienced a live chat to be so helpful and stress free! I was instantly told the issue and was offered a discount and was told they will investigated immediately. This was within at least 5 minutes of telling them my issue. Well impressed.
Fingers crossed my order arrives soon and they will be great!

I received my $32.xx bra and it's the wrong size, not great quality and kind of ugly. I went exactly by their measurements. Close but not right. So, I asked them how to return and get a full refund. I had told them that I just fought cancer, only because, if you have known someone who has went through chemo/radiation, that your brain isn't right anymore. I needed help. Things are not easy for me anymore and I forget a lot. They do not care and it showed in the emails back and forth. They told me I had to pay for shipping back. It is such a hard, long, drawn out process, that I gave up. So, now I'm stuck with it and without my money. Obviously they do NOT care about the customer! Would never recommend! You can buy one cheaper and same quality at wally world.

I was so excited to try these bras as a US customer with DD-E bra size. All of the bras fit HORRIBLY even though I followed the size guide. I was bulging out of them and the one that fit was itchy and poorly made — the lace was stitched on the inside of the bra, which made it lumpy. Also, I ordered two bras in the same sizes and both fit differently in equally poor ways. They're truly some of the most unflattering bras I have ever tried.

The quality is also surprisingly poor and the returns process is absolutely ridiculous.
You must pay for the postage and just hope it gets back to them. Postage will cost more than my $77 order so now I am simply just out the money.

They truly had minimal support and the straps and fabric felt cheaper and shittier than Victoria's Secret.

It's also nearly impossible to leave a review on the Curvy Kate site, which has made me so skeptical about the existing reviews.

i ordered a bra express delivery on 27th september and still not received it need to cancel item as it was a birthday present cannot get through to customer service no reply emails not answered dreadful service will not order anything else

Had high hopes of getting some nice swimwear and bralettes in my size, however as other reviews have said the band sizes are so small. The fit was inconsistent across the items I ordered too. Strangely, the two bras I ordered do fit it’s just the swimwear and bralettes that I had an issue with. So disappointed as the material and quality was good, but the fit is very strange.

I love curvy laye swimwhere. I'm a 36k so need the support the padded tankinis and bikinis give. I swim 4-5 times a weak to they take a battering with the chlorine and need replacing ofsted as fabric thins which is to be expected when spending 5 hours plus in the water a week. Only downside is I can never seem to find any 36k curvy kate swimwear in stock, so I'm no going to have to move to an alternative busty brand.

Purchased a tankini back in January, worn once in March and once last week. Washed it in a washing bag in the machine and it has came out with a hole in. According to curvy Kate swimwear only has a lifespan of 6 months!! I have swimwear from years ago that is still going strong!

These people are lying thieves. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. They have taken my money, have zero customer service and are totally and utterly USELESS. I’m now out of pocket by £68 for goods that have NEVER been delivered. A VILE UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

I was very excited to find this site, but today I've been so disappointed that every piece of swimwear i ordered doesn't fit! I ordered the same as my normal bra size which is a 40D, even sizing up on the cup to make sure ordering a 40DD....but not one of them fit..
Having measured the bikini top against my daughters bra, which is a 36D I was surprised to find the 36 is BIGGER than the 40. I never stood a chance!

I had the worst experience ever the bras are not true to size and when I they refuse to send a prepaid label to return my order. I’m in US and USPS no longer ship international and to ship UPS $160 and my order was only $48

Even though my order was shipped from a US warehouse, I was not able to return my items to a US address. It was going to cost $117 to return to the UK, so I am going to have to resell my items. I would give only 1 star if I didn't think the products were good. Unfortunately, I can't wear them.

I discovered Curvy Kate like 9 years ago. A friend send me a gift, my first comfortable and sexy bra I’ve ever tried. Then I made my first order. Since that time I only use curvy Kate lingerie and swimwear.

Absolutely brilliant! I’ve never been able to find a bra that fits I was in bras way to small for me! But I found their quiz on what size bra I was and it fits me perfectly! To a T I’m so happy

Excellent choice of bras in my awkward size! I used the video call size checking service and it was amazing. The lady was helpful and lovely to speak to. I got really good personalised advice and was able to purchase three new bras that fit perfectly!
