Purchasing from abroad
Purchasing from abroad, I was wary. I was absolutely delighted to find that everyone at Curvy Kate was responsive and very helpful. I haven't had to make a return yet! I highly recommend doing the virtual bra fittings in order to find your best cut and size.

Don't Bother!
The conversion chart and online sizer must be incorrect because what should have fit me like a 36DDD was so small it was ridiculous. Cheap material, especially for the price point. Took weeks to arrive. Such a hassle for returns I didn't even bother. I donated it. My experience wasn't what they advertise! I wouldn't recommend!!

I returned a bra
I returned a bra ! They received it back on 25/4/2022…. I have emailed numerous times ! All you get is a returns link saying how much they value your custom 🤣… Iv rang it goes straight to voicemail… today is 11/5/2022 and still no refund ! My advice to everyone reading this is to shop else where because this isn’t customer service or indeed customer care ! It’s simply appalling business management.

The bras are very pretty and they fit perfectly, but are cheep fabric and the stitch of the garment is horrible. I don't expect them to last along time and I won't be buying anything else from here.

Bought the Dear Scantilly Indulgence body suit in red, OH MY!! It is SO soft, it feels smooth as butter when I have it on and its so comfortable! I’m a quite a large cup (H cup) and it supported them and made them look 10/10. So happy, highly recommend!

The cups size is definitely not right. It's a waste of money.
The cup size is too small. I understand Curvy Kate want to tell me that I don't know my own size. Well I ordered a cup size bigger as suggested by others but even that was too small.

Thank you for your feedback. Bra fitting can be tricky and we always recommend having a new fitting every 6 months as our bodies are constantly changing. There can also be differences in fit between sizes and styles which just complicates things even more!

Very poor customer service, 22 day wait to receive a refund, which I had to chase twice, before waiting a further 'up to 14 days' time period for a refund to my credit card....would avoid if possible.

The bra I ordered didn’t fit me and the material felt cheap so I returned it right away. Package was delivered to the company April 17 and I’m still yet to get my refund, it’s now 9 May. I chased via email but they said this kind of wait time is normal.

You need to sort a customer service phone number. Communication with this company is awful! Returns are just as bad. Return an item, and get paid almost a month later every time.

Regarding the returns query, although we don't send notifications when a parcel was delivered to us, all our UK returns are prepaid and fully tracked. Your proof of postage will include a tracking number that you can use to check on the whereabouts of your parcel.
As stated on our website, the current returns processing time can take up to 14 working days from the date of its receipt, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Rest assured our team is working through these in chronological order as quickly as humanly possible. Once your returns have been processed, you will receive an email to confirm and will be refunded the same day. Depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
In this case, we can see that your refund has been already processed accordingly and you have also been notified via email. Once again, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Curvy Kate have confirmed they received my return on 16th April, yet as of today (8th May) I still haven't had my £200 returned.
The products themselves were actually great but didn't fit.

Very poor quality
I bought three bras from here less than two months ago. One arrived with the lace sewn on the wrong side. Another digs into my ribs despite being the same size as the others. The other has holes in it despite being washed properly. I'm not shopping here again
