Custom Flag Company, Inc. Reviews

I had a flag made for our company and IT IS BEAUTIFUL! Very fast, friendly, and helpful service! Would recommend to anyone!

It was great working with Donna. She was very attentive to my requests. Easy to work with. The best quality of all, She did what she said she would do and on time and on budget.

I am very pleased with the service and product quality I received from this company. Donna did a great job with the formatting my specialty flag, and the customer/company communications it took to make the whole experience flow as it did. It's a pleasure and relief to find, especially in this day and time; an organization that is understanding of the customer's needs and does a wonderful job attending to them. Thanks , once again for your dilligence. you guys are great!!!

Custom Flag Company has made flags for our company located in Aruba on two occasions now. Both times the service has been excellent. Great communication throughout the whole process, which is key when we are located so far away. The flags are high quality and a great product. Highly recommend and will continue to purchase flags from Custom Flag Company!

This company is amazing. They went out of their way to help our Non-Profit and the flag they made for us will go far. Thank you so much!!

Donna was wonderful to work with and so helpful. Thanks again for walking me through this process!

Excellent service! Thank you!

I ordered 3 flags that turned out as good as I was expecting from the reviews I read prior to purchasing. If I ever need flags again I will not hesitate to reorder.

Did a great job and took care of the project in a timely manner -- even with shipping to Hawai'i!

One of three of theflags that I ordered came to me yellow and not white. I’m quite disappointed because of the time and anxiety around the printing and the specifications on the colors we had talked about. I will not be suggesting your company to anyone for the job. Also, I incquired and share my information and didn’t hear back for a week until I called again to follow up. Then the ordered that I needed was a week later. The shipping was horrible and arrived 2 days late.

Sam helped me with a flag for my son's wedding. The process was easy and once the final design was in place, the turn around was really fast. We couldn't be more pleased with the result, and the bride and groom love it.

Andrea was a big help in the selection of the right flagpole.
Delivery was fast.
Will know more after flagpole is up, a month or so, weather related problems and site selection change.

Great Quality Flag, helpful service

This has been my 3 flag purchase from Custom Flag Company and I find their service and customer care nothing short of extraordinary. While I had a couple of questions before and after receiving my flag Custom Flag was quick to respond and easy to work with satisfying and delighting this customer for sure!

Excellent work on our project. The flag poles were installed on time and with precision. Will definitely use Custom Flag again when we install flag poles!

Very rapid response to my initial email. Helpful and efficient and I am very pleased with their service. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Kim and the end result was perfect.
