Custom riders are down for their customers! An absolutely phenomenal experience of service that I have had with Phil. I ordered a profile mini driver and unfortunately one of the bearrings exploded within the 1st month of having the driver.

I messaged them to which they said they’d replace the bearrings for me even though they aren’t covered under warranty! They have since replaced the bearrings for me at no extra cost.

They seem like a friendly bunch that actually care about their customers and don’t just forward you over to a robot to handle customer queries. Would definitely recommend ordering from these guys as they’re the real deal!

Down to earth company that’s down for their customers and the greater good of the BMX community!

Big thanks to Phil at Custom Riders for sorting out an issue I had with a set of forks with faulty brake mounts.
Refunded postage and sent replacement item quickly.
I've ordered a few bits in the past and will definitely be ordering again, prices seem good too.

Don't buy from them. Both times I've orderd my orders been wrong or been late you don't get a proper apology you get a half ass one. If they tell you they will call you back don't count on it you won't I've orderd and delt with bmx company's this is the worse one so far

Amazing service ! Ordered a part that wasn’t in stock they got it for the next day and sent it out on next day delivery. Also added a part at a later point in the day and they just added it to the original order with no extra postage charge. Would definitely recommend

Been a great experience had a little confusion over a late order because of supply issues and me missing a call. When I called they knew everything about the order and couldn't have been more helpful. Awesome experience guys

Trying to get back into bmx have my kink curb bmx that I want to fix so I bought some parts and in the summer will be fixing it they had just the parts I needed and will hopefully soon be getting a new frame

Excellent customer service. I forgot an item I needed to add onto my order. Rang up the next day and custom riders sorted it straight away by adding it to the order. Very polite and helpful on the phone.

Ordered Se Racing Om Flyer as they had a sale on this bike. I know SE in California were having delays with there UK distribution so I called up Custome Riders to make sure they had the bike in stock....which they did (in Ireland). asked for an honest delivery timeframe and was told the following Friday...was happy with that so placed the order. Next Friday came and no bike or even an email update so I called them and expressed my concern....they are nice chaps and were very apologetic and explained the Plandemic was causing postal delays, to which I can understand. following week and its Wednesday 3rd June and I was just going to call them to see what was happening and but they called me first to explain they had the bike in their possession and could they send it to me tomorrow. Awesome!!! Other companies should take note of how to keep customers in the loop for delays..Will for sure buy fro these guys again...Good job!!
