I wrote my CV, and I thought it was good. But once one of my university professors told me that it was good, but not perfect and could be better. I searched the internet for someone who could make me an ideal CV. That's how I came across The CV Centre™ UK.
Immediately, my sixth sense told me that this was what I was looking for. As a single mother who often wonders how to make ends meet and manage her small budget, I initially hesitated a little because I had to pay (this is not a small amount for me). But then I convinced myself that this is an investment in my and my son's future. So, I said to myself, come on, my girl, do it. And I did it...When I received my first draft, I couldn't recognise myself. The CV was so well written that I wanted to be an employer who would hire such an employee as was described in the CV. My qualities were highlighted in a very professional way. In these two pages of my CV, my qualifications, achievements and talents were collected and highlighted; I almost couldn't recognise myself. This week, I start sending my new CV to employers, and I am sure I will start my dream job very soon.

Overall, the process was very professional and efficient. Communication was fast and helpful throughout, and I always received quick responses to my questions. Alisdair implemented all requested changes promptly and with care.

That said, I would appreciate seeing a wider selection of CV and cover letter templates. The current options feel a bit too generic considering the premium pricing. A more distinctive and modern layout would help the final documents stand out more.

My LinkedIn profile was handled well, though I believe it could have included a bit more depth. In the end, I refined it myself. Personally, I expected a more interactive process, perhaps a guided session directly on LinkedIn with a member of your team. That would have helped me better understand how to present myself online, especially since I’ve had limited experience with LinkedIn until now. I imagine others in a similar position might feel the same.
