What an easy process this was. The only thing I found missing was the phone call that I'd paid for, but I still got a fantastic CV, Covering Letter and LinkedIn profile updates. This was all done within a few days of me handing in my CV and information. I had one minor change on my CV needed but I think it looks a lot better than my previous.
Lets see what happens now. I would definitely suggest using The CV Centre UK and will likely go back to them in the future.

It was a great experience working with the CV centre - I felt in safe hands throughout. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful and went the extra mile to get everything ready for me to meet a fast-approaching deadline. I was in two minds about going ahead with the service, but I'm very glad I did. I felt it was something I should be able to do by myself, but sometimes it's difficult to see yourself clearly.

I submitted a request for review of my CV and managed to get support within the shortest time. The CV review exceeded my expectations and i must take this opportunity to appreciate the person who supported me in this, congratulations.

This was by far the most professional and courteous online service I have had in long while. My writer was prompt and always consulted with me to ensure that the final documents truly reflected my views. At the end of the process, I felt a sense of ownership of what was produced, and I truly feel optimistic about the application I submitted.

Was very long waiting time, and after the draft was sent it got automatically approved (no email was received by me regarding the document was ready)

This was the first time I ever got an online service to update my CV. It was recommended to me by a friend.

What I found extremely helpful at first was the FREE VC REVIEW. That way, I figured I would get feedback and if they highlight things that I understand, then I would opt for the most appropriate service within my price range or actually update my CV based on the feedback. To be honest, I am currently unemployed but I understand that I have to invest in myself, part of which is ensuring my CV is at its best standard. By so doing, I got the confidence to apply for the jobs I am actually qualified to apply for and I know that the way the CV has been written will definitely make me stand out.

Ich hatte in der Vergangenheit eine positive Erfahrung mit dem Service, muss jedoch dauerhafterweise feststellen, dass sich die Qualität des Services in letzter Zeit merklich verschlechtert hat. Trotz dieser Veränderungen möchte ich positiv hervorheben, dass mir mein Geld zurückerstattet wurde. Dies zeigt zumindest, dass das Unternehmen kundenorientiert agiert und bereit ist, auf einzugehen.

Es wäre jedoch wünschenswert, wenn das Unternehmen wieder zu den Standards zurückkehren könnte, die es zuvor ausgezeichnet haben, um die Kundenzufriedenheit langfristig sicherzustellen. Ich hoffe, dass zukünftige Erfahrungen mit dem Service wieder positiver ausfallen werden.
