Delivered on time by two very friendly lads, left where I asked and all round great service. I loved the little goody bag bag that came with it too and the instructions and warranty information
The ebike was delivered swiftly and pre-assembled. Not used the post-purchase customer service or the warranty yet though - that's when the quality of the company will be tested.

Great service - not hiding behind " a process"
Used for a cycle to work purchase and, combined with the efforts of my HR team, Cycle Solutions did their bit it issue a certificate quicker than would be normal to allow me to secure a model at an independent cycle that was almost out of stock.
