Great comms, fast delivery for my new bike; excellent service

GOOD QUALITY/DO SOMETHING WITH DELIVERY

It was simple and everything arrived on time.

It was extremely easy to order and the choice was good to begin with. When it came time to submit the order, it all went well and then the rest of the process from online order to delivery was smooth as silk. Would happily recommend this service to others and keep trying to recruit colleagues to purchase if they are thinking on a bike.. Answer? Just Buy It!!!

Cycle Solutions Bicycle Workshop :The best place to get your bike fixed. If Paul hasn’t got it he’ll get or make it. My bike wheel, a non standard size, was a bit buckled, probably because a spoke was missing, he made a new one in less than 30’. What Paul doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing. I would never go anywhere else. Great service as well as expertise.

Fedex accepted contract to deliver next day. They didnt.
Tracking did not work. It was sat in Newcastle for days.
Then MH carriers said they did not receive it, fed ex lost it.
My husband chased down and spoke to managers of both companies.
I had to stay in loose 3 days work waiting to accept delivery. In the end I had to pay ferry costs, head out to Glasgow pick up the bike myself and head back home!
Excuses that we were not main land , Bellshill, road connecting is to Glasgow, ferry as short cut. Fed ex knew this and still said next day delivery!

The form was easy to access and follow. You were very quick at processing the application. It was so much easier than I thought it would be and hassle free.

Used this company twice now, first time for a new ebike and second for some clothing. 10/10

The bicycle repair service was excellent. Everything was handled very quickly and efficiently. They arranged the collection, repaired the bike, and delivered it back to me, all completely free of charge. They even fitted a new chain and included a few bicycle tools. I am extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend it.

Whenever I spoke with Cycle Solutions staff they were knowledgeable, helpful & friendly, notably Carl & Rhiannon. The bike & accessories arrived in good time, without any damage.

Extremely helpful, the process was effortless and the service/support was excellent. Product received promptly without issue and the shop checked all the details and the process several times to ensure all was well (it was). Thoroughly recommend Cycle Solutions and would definitely use them again.

Once I submitted my order, ( I got a E-Tricycle from Jorvik.) the process was so quick & easy.

the staff i spoke to were really helpful, they helped me choose the right size and made sure i had everything i needed, the delivery was scheduled and arrived on the day it said it would, all round a brilliant experience.

Bike came in perfect condition, well built this is my second bike from them ,would highly recommend.
