Great experience! First time using Cycle Solutions/Uprise and it was spot on. The communication was 5 star, with updates regularly by email and the delivery was fast and prompt. The bike came assembled (except for the normal handlebars and pedals) but that was very simple to sort.
The bike is absolutely awesome, rides like a dream and turns heads - very happy! Thank you and keep up the good work.

My experience was very disappointing
My experience was very disappointing. The bike was advertised at a very low price, but when I proceeded to order it with accessories, the monthly cost turned out to be extremely high. I only saw that figure once, and since then I have been unable to find a clear breakdown of how the charges are calculated — I still haven’t received any detailed pricing information.
Secondly, could you please let me know how many days I have to return the bike if I decide not to keep it?
