Excellent service from start to finish.

We're delighted with our new Miele integral dishwasher and the efficiency of Dacombes. It was fitted within 5 days of ordering. The fitters were very polite, friendly and professional and made a quality job of installation.

When we came to the shop about a problem with our TV Mark was very helpful & helped us choose a new one.

It was delivered today & set up by a very pleasant young man,who was very helpful explaining everything to us.

We always go to Dacombes of Wimborne when we need a new appliance rather than a national retailer.

We had an emergency need of a new fridge freezer when ours suddenly started malfunctioning and all our frozen food was starting to defrost. A quick call to Dacombes confirmed that they had items available and by lunchtime I was in store choosing a new fridge freezer. It was delivered the next day by two very helpful and friendly chaps Ed and Joe who set up the new one and took away the old one . Overall a great service!

Helpful and informative member of staff in store. Delivery guys were friendly, considerate and efficient. The fridge freezer couldn’t be unpacked for a couple of weeks due to kitchen installation but I was assured this wasn’t a problem. It was, in fact, in perfect condition and is up and running. The installation [of a kitchen extractor fan] was faultless and great care was taken to disturb as little of the existing tile and grouting as possible.
The overall result was brilliant and the kitchen was left clean and tidy.
