Excellent company, great service and prompt delivery.Just had an integrated fridge freezer delivered 8th March , only purchased it on Saturday 6th .Paid for installation , worth every penny , very proffessional guys and did an amazing job , no mess no fuss , knew what they were doing , it's our 2nd purchase since moving to Dorset, we won't look any where else in the future , can highly recommend .

Great service from an extremely reliable local business. Phoned to say they were on their way to deliver 👍🏻, picked up my old machine for recycling👍🏻and delivered the new appliance into the garage👍🏻. All performed with great care and politeness. I had the appliance installed and connected within 20 mins and initiated the first cleaning program. Perfect 👌🏻

Our home is difficult to access but the two gentlemen coped brilliantly and cheerfully..They then had to fit the appliance into a difficult space, making many adjustments and three trips to a van parked along the road! The product(dishwasher) was competitively priced.the installation was fitted in fairly quickly. The 2 gentlemen were polite and gave me the feeling of their competence.they made sure the dishwasher was correctly aligned. Very nice chaps!

It's just so easy to choose the appliance and then call the shop with any queries. You can have your old appliance taken away and the new one installed. Completely stress free!

The service that I received from Joe and Kieran was professional but friendly, they were both pleasant and easy to talk to and treated my home carefully while removing and delivering my old and new washing machines. Excellent customer service and a credit to Dacombes, I shall definitely use this company again.

Ordered oven online very easily installed on time without any issues

As a Holmans customer for many years, this was my first experience now they have merged with Dacombes. I needn’t have had any concerns. Same top quality service from beginning to end. Really pleased with the fitting service, they took their time, did the job to a high standard and left the kitchen as they found it.

Joe and Jakub arrived on time, installed the Tumble Dryer efficiently, and gave me clear instructions on how to use the equipment.

Ed and Keiren delivered my new built-in oven. So polite and helpful even though they had to slightly adjust cupboard shelf to fit. Delighted with purchase and found shop personnel who rearranged fitting schedules so I could get my new oven more quickly. Previously used Holmans and will support local suppliers. Prices no higher than some Internet suppliers but such good customer service.

Not an easy job for the delivery men. They had to work very hard to make it fit and they have done a good job.
