Horrible customer service no phone number to call also no technical support you buy a class and then it says forbidden they’ll email you and tell you to reset your cookies lol meanwhile the course does not work on my phone three different browsers or my friend‘s phone so clearly they have technical difficulties finally gave back my money. Don’t waste your time gives you more aggravation than it’s.

Excellent courses at a fair price
I have purchased various courses (mostly relating to fascia) throughout the years, and like that I can access them any time. I have had no issues with viewing them, and am frankly perplexed at some of the bad reviews. I don't have an app and access them through the web.

I have used three courses from them and liked them all. I plan to continue using them. The courses are well produced, offer good information and are inspiring. There may be issues between different releases of software, my older equipment had problems connecting, but downloading the correct app from DO solved all those issues. I love them.

Daily Om App is useless. It says it's verifying I am who I am and nothing happens. It used to be very good. Now hopeless.

Delivered wrong course. Wasted money. Cleared my cash tried to complain to customer service but surprise, there's no contact information. No way to access your account you just have to accept what they give you. Don't use!

I wonder why I cannot get an answer from DailyOm on why I have to give access to your 900 parters to get my device data when I purchase your training and why I also have to accept that more than 400 of your partners get access to all devices on the same network as I am? I have asked several times but you never reply. Is your business really selling training or do you just source all my data and my family’s data and sell it? Interesting you let us purchase first and when wanting to do the training you then inform about partners access to data. Not a pretty business model

Stupidly bought a course without googling the company first - I can’t even create an account! No doubt a scam company judging by all the similar reviews here. Guess I’ll never see that money again.

App doesn’t work properly cannot login
Hello! I have booked course belly dance. I really happy with it. But there is a small technical problem. You can access it or through the link, or download app . First time the link worked, you creat account and make a login. Second time login didn’t work, it just keep loading….. so I download app on my phone, but from the phone video is small and it is not easy to repeat the movement to when you look at such a small screen. So I downloaded app to IPad, I put my login details, but it is not opening my account it is keep loading and nothing happens. Very frustrated. I cannot do my class because their app is actually doesn’t work properly.
Every time you open app, you need to login, what takes away your time and like now it even doesn’t want to login.

Positive experience
I have purchased a handful of courses from DailyOm and have been generally pleased. All of the courses I have purchased have been for physical well-being including fascia stretching, lymphatic issues and nerve flossing. I found the instructors to be excellent and have used the courses frequently. Of all the courses I have done, so far only one I haven’t completed. This is only because there is an intense eating plan with it that I have found to be too extreme for my lifestyle. And even with that, I don’t think the course is bad, it just wasn’t a good fit for me. I did not try to get a refund for it so I can’t speak to their refund policies but overall, I have had a very positive experience with the site.

Disappearing courses
I know that I am an impulse buyer. So, it is with embarrassment that I admit to purchasing 10 courses from this website. Eight were terrible and a waste of time. Two were good, but those two are no longer in my account! I will restrain myself in the future, and I hope you will too. Paying any amount of money for these poorly done courses is a sin. That the courses you paid for are no longer accessible is a crime.

I have purchased (cheaply) I think three courses. I work in mental health and have a degree in the field. Personally, I spent the least amount($19). I have never finished a course. Not because the course is poor, but because reading what I did read at the time helped me think differently about the issue. I like that I can always go back and pick up where I left off. So that $19 has lasted me longer than any self help book. Our brains grow and change so often I hit a point that I need something else. I am relieved that there is no deadline
As a mental health professional who sees how awful our system is in the USA, $19 is pretty cheap for that type of help. Since finding appropriate help is so hard I recommend this as an addition to other mental health treatments.

Took course in om of how to stop over doing with love
Total waste of money and time. Doesn’t cover issues specifically it addresses common mental health “healthy mind” suggestions that can be found anywhere. Very generic.

Like previous reviewer I signed up for a course that had a money back offer. The course was not at all relevant for me. Requested the refund and never got it. A con.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a course only to find out it was very different from the description. I emailed to cancel 3 times and heard nothing at all.
Certainly won't be recommending then to anyone. Seems like a front actually to take money and run.
