I have given this co two stars because my windproof raincoat was delivered about 12 days after my purchase through PayPal, when I was at home in Melbourne. The delivery guy asked for no I.D. and looked terribly shifty, but I am very happy with the coat; it's well-made and fits the description as well as me.
Unfortunately, I showed it to my friend, saying I thought she would like one too. Now, two months after she ordered her coat, she's being given the same runaround as others here. No coat, no note re delivery attempt, lies about proof of delivery. Daisy Fashion (be sure you get the right label) sending her haughty emails saying they have proof of delivery (no, it isn't genuine) and delaying tactic emails from the "delivery service".
Perhaps there is a genuine clothing company somewhere, because I got what I ordered and in good time, but by a suspicious-acting character.
I am angry that my friend has been duped out of $A90. It is indubitably a scam as it is almost impossible to locate the warehouse, although I am hoping to go with her to try and get her jacket - if it really exists.
I am very sorry for neglecting to research this outfit before buying, because my friend made her order because I had a good result. I have been conned myself before and should have known better.

This company does exchange or store credit only!

This is the worst company. Do not order from this company! The clothing was cheap, poorly made and not what was advertised. It was suppose to be linen cotton material but it was cheap polyester crap. When I contacted them to return it, they said I was past the date for returns. It took 3 weeks to get my order in the first place. $ down the drain.

When I got the package it wasn't even packed well and the shoes I got were totally different then the image they had! After I tried to return them they never contacted me again! They first emailed me back in german then english then dutch. Very shady and weird since my email was in english. Since January this year they still haven't emailed me about the "update". They are a scam!

I ordered a dress which was a one size fits all and did not like the way it fit me. I sent an email requesting a return same day. They wanted a picture of the dress and original packaging, then told me I'd be responsible for shipping return fees. It turns out the return address is in Italy. Shipping from USA, it would cost $30+ to return a $60 purchase. Despite their claim, this is not a "full back money guarantee" nor is it a "hassle-free" return. They boast customer satisfaction reviews but it is impossible to add your own review to their site.

If you are selling clothing online, you really have to have a return and exchange policy and instructions on your site.

I bought a coat that turned out to be too big, and I wish to exchange it for a smaller size. They have all the order information but refuse to disclose instructions for return. They need a 'picture' of the product before they will disclose instructions and are clearly trying to run out the return window. Do not buy from this company - I think it's a fraud operation.

I would give them ZERO stars if that were an option. I paid $92 for a raincoat and over a month later, had not received it. I contacted the company and they kept providing me with some strange tracking info. Finally I put in a case with PayPal since that's how I paid. The company provided an email saying the package was delivered and I never received it. I have a camera on my porch - it wasn't stolen. I put in a search with the P.O. and they couldn't find it. Based on the company falsified delivery info, PayPal denied my claim. I'm out $92 and have no raincoat for the rain today!!!! Don't buy from this company!!!

I bought a pair of swimmers they were sized as a M . This was so untrue. I never needed to try on . Sent a photo of my old swimmers next to the new supposed to be M swimmers. These were clearly an XXL . Took to my dress maker friend and she sized them ,Xl . Disgusting that they wouldn't even give me half my money back . Don't buy anything from this website.

Horrible company! Horrible customer service!! My daughter ordered a prom dress and when it didn't fit, they repeatedly blamed her for ording the wrong size and then stopped responding. I reached out and was told it was my daughter's fault for not fitting into a size 4 and no refunds. Do not buy anything!! Your child will have body image damage as well as a terrible dress.

Horrible company, never got my item , they never answer a email. I've sinds more than 5 mails asking for info, NEVER ANY ANSWER.
So never ever order theer People.

I bought the oversize shirt. It was significantly not as described. The photos are obviously not of the item sold. The sleeves are more than 10cm shorter; it looks ridiculous. According to the listing, the model in pictures is 3cm taller than me, and the sleeves are on her just above her wrists when rolled up. My shirt has 3/4 length sleeves, or is Asian sizing. Wish I had read reviews before buying.
It took 10 days longer than the advertised express delivery.
They will refund only if I send it to address in Italy. But that will cost almost as much as I paid for it. Other people wrote in their reviews they never got their refund when they posted their items back.
Wish I read previews before buying. Another scam company stealing pictures, and badly copying designs.

This is pure scam. I received my order which did not correspond AT ALL to the photos advertised. I reached out and we agreed to send it back. I never received back my refund.

This company has been wonderful to deal with.
I ordered two shirts and only one arrived. I enquired about the other shirt to be told they were out of stock in that colour for then. Lucky for me I was able to try on the smaller shirt and realised I’d ordered too big a size for myself. By communicating via text I was able to ask them to change to a smaller size. This proved to be no trouble for them to do.
I love my beautifully cut and styled shirt.
Couldn’t recommend then more.

Complete scam - do not order from them. If I could give them negative stars I would.
There was no indication that they were trading from China. The first thing I knew about it is when I was charged tax on top of the order.
The goods took 2 weeks to arrive and when they did, it was a complete disappointment: the fabric was not as advertised - polyester when it was meant to be linen, wrong size - I filled the instructions took my measurements then order still a size smaller than they recommended yet, the trousers are so big, they fall down. Poorly made - sewn wrongly and on the front, so even if they fitted me, I would not be able to wear them.
I have been trying to get a refund: they are offering a £5 refund - a joke!!
The warehouse being in China, it would be super expensive to return the goods and from the other reviews I had now found, I know I will never see my refund!!

I am now reporting them to the bank and will look at doing the same on Facebook.

Do not waste your money with them, the only good thing is the photos of their items on their website, the rest is extremely poor. They should not be allowed to trade

My experience with Daisy Fashion was exactly the same as the other reviewers! The Long Trench did not resemble the advertised photograph! I was required to take photos of the trench(?) and the Return slip to prove that I had posted the Trench back to ITALY! ($68 to post). That was months ago! Ridiculous emails and directions from the elusive Sabrina G - and no refund!!
Total SCAM!!! I have reported them to Bank, Facebook etc etc.

Really bad reception when asked for a return address! Was told needed to send a picture which impossible do not have any way to take one. Emailed several times to ask for address and got the same reply "SEND A PICTURE"!!!Have to give up and keep the SMALL dress that was ordered in EXTRA LARGE! Really bad!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place is a scam. They send you the wrong item and send you an address to mail it back to and when you send the item you get another email stating the RETURN ADDRESS CHANGES DAILY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Also, do not pay extra to ship it rush, it will take over a month. The item we received was damaged and not even remotely close to looking like the dress on their website. All items come from China and they will do whatever they can to cause you problems and mess with you because they want you to just give up on getting your money back.
