When the shoes I bought weren’t suitable I returned them but wasn’t sure if they had been received, so I got in touch with Daniel Footwear customer service and they responded to my emails immediately and were very helpful. The process of buying and returning shoes was very straightforward. I would highly recommend their customer service and support.

Ordered a pair of shoes they was never delivered to me Royal Mail uploaded a picture of the pavement but no other details no card left or anything these guys want me to wait 30 days whilst they speak to Royal Mail which they have done once to see where the shoes were left. Told me to check my safe places I did this before contacting them. Currently no shoes and no refund. Would avoid unless you have time to mess round waiting for your money back

We’re sorry that your order has not reached you and completely understand how frustrating this situation is.
We would just like to clarify that we have not advised that you need to wait 30 days for a refund. As the tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have confirmed that you have not received it, we have raised a misdelivery investigation with Royal Mail. Royal Mail advise that these investigations can take up to 30 days to conclude, although they may respond considerably sooner.
We appreciate that you had already checked around the property and your safe places before contacting us, and your case has now been escalated to our Customer Service Manager for further review.
We are continuing to investigate what has happened to your parcel and will remain in contact with you while this is resolved.

Incredible customer service. I ordered shoes for a wedding and didnt realise the delivery date was after the wedding. Contacted their customer service and they despatched the same day for and I received them the next day. First time of using this company for purchasing, so will definitely be using them again

Great service!
My order was shipped quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately there was an issue with the trainers but the customer service when I reached out was excellent. Replies were quick, friendly and helpful. My issue was resolved with no trouble at all. This was my first order and despite the issue, the great customer service ensured I'll be a returning customer!

I bought a pair of Fly sandals which had design…
I bought a pair of Fly sandals which needed returning. Daniel's return service was tricky to manoeuvre as I haven't got a QR reader attached to my phone camera. The P0 was unable take the returning parcel because I lacked a a return label - no printer at home. The issue was finally reconciled with a phone call to Daniels.
Can I suggest the inclusion of a return label when receiving footwear so as to make the return, if needed more straightforward and less time consuming.

Most helpful when sandals didn’t fit properly, despite the time factor being long as they were being delivered to meby a friend because I live outside the UK. Young woman named Tabitha could not have been more helpful or more friendly.
