Most helpful when sandals didn’t fit properly, despite the time factor being long as they were being delivered to meby a friend because I live outside the UK. Young woman named Tabitha could not have been more helpful or more friendly.

Arrived quickly but also had query with payment query. Person I spoke to really helpful and, in fact, called me back to confirm having checked details. Had 1 pair shoes to return and very easy to do. Have kept 2 pairs and very happy with them. Will use Daniel Footwear again

My footwear was faulty
My footwear was faulty. On asking about the returns policy I got left for weeks "saying had no response off the supplier from Japan" and still have not had any feedback or response about the quality of they're products that they are distributing... If you are willing to pay over the odds for poor quality goods then use these because they will quiet happily relieve you of your hard earned. 😫

I returned a pair of sandals because…
I returned a pair of sandals because they didn't fit right; I had made the first Klarna payment of £14.66, but they only refunded £4. They are very unprofessional.

We're sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the refund showing on your Klarna account.
We can confirm that from our side, the appropriate refund was issued directly to Klarna, minus our standard £2.50 returns fee. Please also note that any original delivery charge is non-refundable and therefore would not form part of the amount returned.
As Klarna was the payment method used for the order, the refund is sent back to them rather than directly to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to comment on how Klarna then allocates this against payments you have already made or any remaining instalments, as this is managed by Klarna.
If the amount showing within your Klarna account does not appear correct, we would recommend contacting Klarna directly so they can provide a breakdown of how the refund has been applied to your payment plan.
We hope this helps clarify the refund from our side.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, , reasonably expensive, , which I normally would not do online , but felt confident I could return them if they didn’t fit.
Well they both fit perfectly and I am delighted with the style and quality .
Happy to recommend this firm.
Shame they don’t open a branch in the Midlands area.
