I am one of those people who dreads going into any type of doctor’s office, but I seriously love going to Core Health Darien. Everyone is super nice, welcoming, and helpful! I had been suffering from headaches for YEARS before I came here and I’m ecstatic to say that my headaches are pretty much nonexistent nowadays! A lot of my back discomfort has totally been diminished as well. So happy I stumbled upon them. I’d recommend to anyone.

I suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for years. I tried physical therapy, stretches and spent hundreds of dollars on sneakers and special footwear, night splints etc and nothing worked I came across Brian's Facebook post about how he can relieve the pain and even cure it. Core Health is about 1 hour and 45 minutes each way from where I live but after speaking with the team I knew I had to give it a try and I am so glad I did. They cured me. I can walk, run wear cute shoes again! I am pain free and that is all thanks to Dr. Brian McKay and his team.

Dr. MaKay and his whole staff were excellent! I came in with a chronic lower back condition that’s bothered me for years and left feeling better than I ever have. On top of that I now know what it takes to keep it that way. I NEVER FELT as though I was being made to keep coming just to keep me paying, as I have felt other places. He stated he wouldn’t do that when we spoke day 1, and he didn’t. When we came to a point where I was feeling better and he felt that I should be in good shape to stop regular visits, the response was call us when you need us. Dr. McKay is simply the best. He not only knows exactly what he is doing but he also has a passion for his patients and making your experience comfortable and friendly. I feel like part of the family whenever I walk in. He is a miracle worker and I fully trust his opinion and treatment plans.

I went to Dr. McKay for chronic neck problems which he diagnosed as all likely being inter related to my TMD and shoulder problems during the initial comprehensive medical history and evaluation. He also noted my acid reflux and asked if I had ever been evaluated for hiatal hernia, which I have. He then explained some innovative treatments he uses to help correct hiatal hernia/acid reflux issues, which I never even knew existed! If you have chronic issues see Dr. McKay for a unique perspective on your issues and innovative treatments.

Experienced and knowledgible

Having been to chiropractors in the past, I knew that Dr. Brian McKay would be able to help me, but, it was not going to be a few quick visits and done. My pain level escalated slowly over a long period and patience is required to end up feeling your best.

He definitely reduced some of my pain on the the first visit and I have been going a few times a week for about three weeks now. Definitely feeling improvement. Dr. Brian took his time reviewing my x-rays with me and discussing treatment, expected timelines and results. It was important for me to be able to have a clear idea as I will be working a huge conference in mid-October and was concerned if I would even be able to make it there.

Everyone in the office is extremely pleasant and helpful. The decor is calming and extremely clean. Dr. Brian is always upbeat and has a great sense of humor. They are conveniently located and I stop in early before heading into work.

I'm happy that I chose his office and that they were willing to see me so quickly on an emergency appointment one Saturday. Would highly recommend him.

Warm. Friendly. Professional. Helpful. Amazing. These are just a few things I have the top of my head when i hear Core Health, Darien. Dr. Brian is the best! I had issues with my back because I have to carry a heavy backpack regularly. Dr. Brian helped me out and my back feels a lot better now! I strongly recommend this facility to everyone from athletes to 9-5 professionals!
