David Silver Spares Ltd Reviews 

Decent spares availability but very slow in getting parts out . I ordered a part and wasn't told it wasn't in stock so I've had to wait . Blamed royal mail strikes for delay but hasn't been a strike for a few weeks . This is the second time I've had slow despatch of parts ,and so I think in future I'll make Silvers my second port of call for my Honda parts , if I can't get them elsewhere.

Quick delivery, user friendly site and contact, if they have it, you’ll get it.
Recommend by a Honda rider.

Great service, really can't fault them at all

The staff at David Silver were great except the management who are totally disengaged from the customer, and the impact their choice of shipping company has on customers and their staff, it was very plain its all about the money and if your delivery is disastrous its tough ,let the office staff take the crap.
They use Fedex who are a shower of lying sxxt bags with a quality of staff who should at best be flipping burgers, dont waste any time complaining.
I wont use them again I would rather a pay extra shipping through CSMNL it was a total disappointment due to their carrier 3days wasted I feel for Silvers sales staff , the company should consider the mental health impact but they wont

Garbage. Bill says $56 at check-out but then I'm charged $76.. my fragile parts come in plastic baggies,and paper envelopes, beat to crap. Take over a month, after I pay $25 for shipping. But they come regular mail, being rubber seals, weren't heavier than a health utility bill...weirdly expensive ..
And even with having a consultation about my bike and the parts I required. I get the wrong parts. With the options available, I do not recommend taking your chances with David silver spares

Delivery is exceptionally quick, which means your restoration project is not held up to long!
Quality of the parts has been very good and as described on the website. On currently out of stock items, I don’t normally use the email alert to advise when it is back in stock as they normally don’t work, but David’s does and I have received an email within a few days on several occasions.

I nearly always use David Silver Spares, for parts for my own bike because they literally have everything! and the whole ordering process is very easy. Today i had ordered some parts for a job job on someone else's bike, which then canceled within an hour of ordering(sods law) so I wrote an email explaining that i no longer needed the parts and then phoned 5 mins later, by which time they had already canceled the order and canceled the payments. absolute legends! Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have ordered parts in the past with no problems.
However i have waited over 5 weeks for a basic clutch kit.
I have had no communication from David Silver Spares unless I have chased them.
I have been told the parts are in but not despatched. Then 2 weeks later when not arrived been told that they were not in when chased up again.
Still waiting with no updates of expected delivery dates.
Very poor communication and staff have left me feeling as it's just tough !.
Very poor for this order.

Went for a visit on 27th July to show the guys the CB750 KZ i purchased off them a while ago , Did the trip around the museum which is amazing , Was greeted with warm consideration by all the helpful staff and even had a photo shot with one of them with the bike.
All in all a great time was had and i'm really pleased i decided to go as it was on my bucket list , Weather was a bit damp on the Saturday but that didn't detract from the overall event . The staff were friendly and helpful , couldn't have hoped for a better reception . Definitely worth a visit .

Went to David Silver spares today 23/3/19.
To order some parts and to view the museum. Me and my dad were made very welcome. The museum is a must. Cramned full of history and nostalgia. Loved it all. Parts were ready for me when we had finished in the museum. Parts are very well priced. Original parts and aftermarket. I highly recommend a look. Thank you.

I have used David Silver for many years, they provide a very reliable service and on the very few occasions they have got an order wrong provided superb customer service.
There is sometimes a question over the quality of some parts but i have found they always took onboard my concerns.
There is clear commitment with davidsilver to support the classic Honda community and as such people like me are very grateful

Pros - Have ordered a few times from DSS. Good selection of parts listed on site and more available via knowledgeable team. Fast delivery.

Cons - would prefer option on site to display prices including VAT and if they had a lower cost delivery option for smaller parts I'd buy more. Total once VAT and delivery is added always a bit of a shock.

De leverer hurtigt og sikkert. Billige varer, men forsendelsen er svag. Dyr og ingen trace. Så man aner ikke hvornår pakken kommer.

Best source for original Honda spares, at reasonable prices!
