Easy to deal with and drivers are reliable

The Lady who delivered my goods was a very nice person and i enjoyed her short talk, made me feel good :D

Quick, efficient and done with ease
Ordering with these guys is such a breeze!

Lol...im 'tech-challenged' and Delivereasy is the first delivery app thingee I've used and I've never used another one. It really is easy to use and soooooo efficient.

Beware. My order was 7 minutes to my house but the driver decided to drive so far away with another order that one hour later I still didn't have my food. Called them for a refund which they won't give me. Offered me a free delivery next time (will not be a next time) for food i paid for and never receiced. All good until you need their help. And you wonder why people get so angry today. Its called stealing.

Reliable and responsive. Customer service is easily accessible and always helpful.

Easy to order, keeps you up to date with tracking. If its going to be late, they always send a text.

Great platform, good food, quick service

great nz delivery app
completely nz owned and they have prided themselves with being all human no ai which is awesome to see in this day and age :)
most drivers are awesome and great people espeically the one I briefly saw on the 6th :)

Absolutely wonderful friendly prompt service, use this service alot,

Awesome service! I especially loved the live tracking updates that showed exactly how far away the food was. When you're busy, it's incredibly convenient and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Always easy to navigate, find good food and make an order. Delivery is usually within timeframe and if running late I receive timely text updates, customer service contact, and even a refund on some costs. I have contacted customer service about a couple of orders (a very small percentage) and found the staff helpful, responsive and solutions focussed.

It was very easy to place our order, and it arrived in no time!

The food was lovely and hot, arrived on time, and I had no issue ordering it.

For quick and easy delivery to your home, delivereasy has you covered, they have afterpay to spread payments out. Next time your feeling lazy to cook or go out to buy dinner, let delivereasy deliver right to your door.

Efficient and reliable delivery of our lunch. Great work. Thank you.

Quick delivery (very quick) simple to use and you dont have to answer 100 questions. Have already recommended it to family.

Delivereasy is our go to food delivery service. The food is almost always on time, and when it's not, there's regular updates to let you know. You can also track your order.
If your order arrives incorrect (which is normally the restaurants error), their customer support team are always so helpful and fast with resolving the issue. Their customer support team is actually probably the best I've ever dealt with for any company and is one of the best parts about them.
