delivereasy.co.nz Reviews

Great delivery service. Fast and haven't experienced any delays so far. Been a user of these guys for 5 years.

I had just finished my first lot of shifts and was due to start my next lot so it was so much easier than trying to figure out what to have for tea at the time

Really easy-to-use this service.
I would use again.

For me, the easiest and best way to get food online

Generally awesome! We usually have great service and on the odd time the restaurant gets it wrong, Delivereasy are amazing at putting things right! Thanks team!

Hot food timely fresh food care of delivery

I have used Delivereasy
3 or 4 times now. On time, order is alway correct.I will keep using them. Great Job !

Beautifully cooked Fish and chips and lovely and hot

Delivereasy is always great. Real live tracking of your order and always have super friendly Kiwi drivers

Delivereasy is brilliant. However the KFC I ordered was not entirely accurate. Not pleased with KFC at all

Does exactly what you would expect and has slightly better prices than competitors.
Still missing a few features to make it on par with competitors such as restaurant ratings and the ability to contact the driver etc but it's a great start!

I love that Deliver Easy is NZ. The website is so easy to use. Great customer service. I will always choose deliver easy

Excellent service by Delivereasy make the service a breeze

Delivereasy lives up to it name!
Very easy to order,no hidden sneaky promises. Discount easy to remember and quickly applied at checkout.
Communication efficient and uncluttered. No extra stops which meant my food was hot an ready to eat. Driver was prompt, friendly and on time.
More people should use Delivereasy more often.Hands down lives up to its name!

Delivereasy is reliable and quick and has a good variety of restaurants and stores from which to order.

Everything went smoothly from the time I placed the online order. Delivered way earlier than expected and the driver was wonderful. The order was all there, fresh and wonderful quality and all the family was happy. In comparison to other local delivery services, we do prefer Deliver Easy, because they are just better.

They give clear communication, the few promotions they run are generally worthwhile and the food is more likely to be delivered in the state it is supposed to be in (I've gotten hot sushi and melted chocolate from other services)

The driver was very nice, drove right up to our door so I didn't have to go out at all - especially good given the horrible weather. The order was hot, like it'd just come off the grill, and it was all correct. Thank you for a good experience!

DeliveryEasy is our preferred and go to meal delivery app. The customer service are actually reachable and go above and beyond to help when errors arise. They’ve given us free delivery codes just because our order arrives later than expected!
My only constructive point is that I wish you could pay extra to be guaranteed the first delivery rather than waiting for your food to go cold while they deliver to another customer first :) still choose them over Uber and others every time
