Dent Wizard Reviews

David came to do my scratches on the rear drivers side wheel arch. He was very friendly, messaged the day before to say what time he would arrive and actually arrived a few minutes early. He explained what he was going to do and went through the procedure. He did a great job and am very pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend.

Dave attended today to fix my scratched alloy wheel. There was an issue with the office making me 2 appointments and not cancelling the one I couldn't do, dave sorted all this for me as the office can be a pain to get hold of. He was on time, friendly and speedy with his work. Very happy felt he went the extra mile to provide a good service.

First of all Steve and Paul arrived to carry out an alloy wheel repair on our Focus ST ahead of the agreed time of 12-3pm, they were on site before midday. Less than an hour later and the repair had been carried out and the alloy was put back on the car and once again the wheel was looking mint. Absolutely fantastic workmanship from Steve and Paul I am more than happy with the quality of the work carried out by them a real credit to Dent Wizard in my opinion.

Thanks Mel & Steve Marsden 👍😉

James did a great job on the wheel, he contacted me to say he was on his way and on arrived on time. He has a very personable approach and ran through the process before prior to starting and on finishing we inspected the wheel together. A good experience all round. Thanks James

Excellent service from James who I was able to speak to the day before the repair was due. He managed to adjust his schedule to fit my appointment in so that I didn't have to rearrange meetings I had that day. Very personable, knowledgeable and flexible. Good job!

Great job. Very efficient and kept informed on timing. James was very helpful.

Great job! My wheel look like new again.Recommended. Thanks

James, from DWV, was booked to carry out repairs to 4 alloy wheels on my car. When he arrived, he was polite, cheerful and professional. Alter inspecting the alloys, he informed me that they needed more TLC than he could give (being mobile). He immediately talked me through the process of what to do next and put my mind to rest reassuring me that all will be ok. The way James dealt with the issue has provided with all faith in the company and I would not hesitate to have further works carried out with them. Well done James, you are a credit to DWV and young people of today!!

James was very professional and undertook an excellent job. Well done!

I received a call the day before letting me know what time I could expect Peter. He arrived on time and made an excellent job of repairing my scratch on the passenger door and also the damaged I had on my front bumper. Peter was a very pleasant person and I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone who needed any small repairs undertaken.

Came to fixed a scuffed alloy and made a great job. I would definitely recommend.

James came round to fix a couple of alloys that I’d scuffed, one lightly and one more severely. Did a great job on both. Would definitely recommend him.

After a few issues with making appointments, my wheels were refurbished and look fantastic thanks to a really professional and diligent technician, Wayne O'Gara. He went the extra mile after some issues with my tyre valves and helped get the job done when others may have left the job to another day.
Really grateful that Wayne went out of his way to get the job done and allow me to get back to work. Thanks.

My insurers arranged for an alloy repair through Dent Wizard. they turned up when they said they would. The repair was excellent, no fuss, no mess & their technician Wayne O'Gara was helpful & pleasant

James did a great job in repairing damage to two of my alloy wheels. He provided excellent advice throughout and I was very satisfied with the final result, thank you.

James called the day before and kept me up to date to when he was arriving. Arrived on time, he was extremely professional and very friendly and did a great job!

James did an amazing job repairing my alloy! It looks brand new! And I was a nightmare customer who missed calls and hadn’t prepared the car properly. James was nothing but professional! Would highly recommend

James from DWV kept me posted as to exactly when he would arrive. He proceeded to repair my alloy wheel without any delay and made a lovely job out of a badly damaged wheel. I would be happy to entrust to him any further damage repairs I may have in the future.

Excellent and professional.
You don’t often experience this level of service any more
Thank you James.
Really appreciated

I had a scuffed bumper repaired today by Dent Wizard under a cosmetic damage repair policy sold by Inchcape. I had no problem rearranging the original appointment by phone, although the website system for doing this was not working. The repair was done very well and you would not know the bumper had been damaged. The technician Kyle CB went to a lot of trouble over this small repair and matched the paint expertly. He was very professional in his approach and also personable to deal with. Recommended.
