Literally just opened my new DermaWand and not a great start I can’t even get the cap off. 😂😂😂😂. Any advice does it pull off or do you unscrew it? X

My review is based on my personal experience of using Dermawand.

I was given mine by a friend who didn’t get on with it - why not give it a go?

I'm 63 and always looked after my skin - but can't stop the aging process can we! So - how to age slowly without going under the knife?

3 days in and using it morning and night on full power on top of my usual Clarins Serum and moisturiser/night cream and just wow! I’m concentrating for about 20 passes around my forehead and around my eye socket, then do same around my mouth as if applying lipstick.

My eyes are more lifted, my lips look fuller and I’m really gobsmacked! I've got naturally hooded eyes and the lift is just fabulous! Eyes look refreshed and awake.

Will def 100% continue.

I have had a DermaWand since 2013, and it had a one year warranty on the product. I have used it on and off since i purchased it and it worked great on my face. It has finally died on me. I went on line to purchase another one and decided to read some of the reviews. It seems to me, products are sold, shipped, and made completely different, and customer service will never be like it use to be, then it did only 10-15 years ago. I have purchase several items on line from different companies and they are not up to the standards i expected. $200.00 is a lot of money for me to invest in a product. The last DermaWand I purchase had a booklet inside the box stating if I had any concerns to email Christina Boves, the creator of DermaWand, her email was listed. Also if it stopped working before the warranty was up, there was an address you could ship it to, to be fixed. I see it only has a warranty for 30 days. Not only have some of the customers stated that they have received a product that looks like it has been used, i have read this on two other products i was looking at. Well that's it and I hope product quality and customer service improves.

I have had my derma wand for 14 years, im 62 and am always getting compliments on how fresh my skin looks, it definetly works well for me.

Never received my shipment. No customer service to speak of. Feels like a scam!!

I love this product and cannot understand why there are so many bad reviews! I’m 63 and have always cared for my skin. I remember a beautician telling me at 25 that it’s never too early to start caring for your neck, so I always have. You definitely need to be using a good moisturiser, the wand needs to be able to slide over the skin.
I’ve had this for several years, but didn’t use it for the last two. I’m now using it religiously twice a day and have noticed a real difference. The lines on my forehead, crows feet and nasolabial lines are much improved. It’s a brilliant product and well worth the money. I bought mine from Boots.

It's a great product, I have the pro version and it does help, it's not a face lift ! But good skin care

I don't believe in miracles. My friend bought one and said it was great even though I didn't see any improvements. She lent me hers. I tried it for a week twice a day. Absolutely no change at all in the appearance of my skin and complexion. An extremely expensive mistake by my friend who went on to sell hers a few weeks later.
Interesting that the company doesn't respond to reviews.

Alot of money for it to stop working after 2 months. Don't buy this product!

I bought my dermawand couple of weeks ago and haven't used it since. It short circuited my electrical power and completely disabled the dermawand. I've been trying to call the customer service 1-800-390-9584 no such luck. Also, I sent an email to customer service haven't heard from them. I really would like to return the product. If anyone knows the address to return this product, please post on the site. Thanks.

Was really excited to get my dermawand,but when I tried it starting on the lower setting on the back of my hand turning it up till I was comfortable, had to turn it up to the highest and still wasn't strong enough will be returning. Also getting the cap off was a nightmare had to get a knife to prise it off ,nearly sent it back for that reason

I used the Derma Wand for approximately 1 month. Did not see any results initially. I haven’t used or done any other skin treatments since the Derma Wand. Since using it my pores have enlarged so big all over my face, makeup cannot cover it and I’m so self conscious when having face to face conversations with others. Sounds like I’m exaggerating, but I’m not. I wish I’d never touched the thing!

Bought the wand for £100. After only 6 weeks the bulb stopped working! I have emailed them twice but had no reply. The UK website that they give on the small leaflet doesn't even exist!!!
Gutted as I have wasted all that money on something that stops working after a few uses. There is no aftercare or chance of getting replacement or money back. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!

Accidentally broke the glass piece on the end so can’t use it. Have contacted company twice and asked if it can be repaired, still waiting for reply. No intention of paying £100 for another so I guess it will go into the bin

Being 50, I was so excited to try this wand out!!!
I used it 2x a day for ONLY 2 DAYS!!!
Ummmm…. Yeah, NOPE! Not good results! (And I’m the type of person who’d totally take a placebo pill and convince myself it’s a miracle pill!)
Anyway… I could see both mornings after using the wand 2x a day how my skin looked much more saggy than before… and actually it wasn’t even saggy before where I decided to use the wand!!!
I’m totally sending it back for a FULL REFUND!
Very disappointed! Why can’t they ever just doing something right for once and make it affordable!?!! Don’t they realize they’d make a KILLING $$$$ if they made a product that ACTUALLY HELPED US vs making false accusations and have to deal with so many returns with so many unhappy customers???
If you really stop and think about what this method is (as I should have done vs being trigger happy during a weak moment in time) in which its to help lift saggy skin & reduce fine lines with an electrical stimulation and this will work instantly but only temporarily. Once the “shock” to our muscles wears off, the muscles then get to not only relax but they are so tired from the over stimulation that they are too tired to even go back to what we knew as our “normal” saggy state before all the shock therapy took place leaving the effect of even more sag or enhanced wrinkles from being exhausted.
The only way to keep up the claimed “toned-look” is to do this procedure min 3x a day for the rest of your life! To those who keep going with it determined to see results… best of wishes to ya!

I brought the derma wand and after using it a few times it stop working.
Please save your money!

Used this product for a week on one side of face to see the difference and there was non, save your money don't buy

I used the dermawand everyday for several weeks and I believe it actually made my skin sag more. I would give anything to go back and NOT use this product. I'm convinced I would look much younger right now

I was so excited to receive this. What I received though was a used product. I called customer service on 4.14.21 (the day I received it) and was told there was nothing they could do. The girl asked me to send in a photo to their customer service department in hopes that someone could help me. I was told I would get a response within 24 hours. I plugged the unit in today to see if it was functional, and of course it was not. It's essentially a paperweight. Since I hadn't heard back within the 24 hour window, I called customer service again and explained my situation and told them that not only was it used but it was not functional. Again I was told I could not return the product. After asking the representative to escalate this he begrudgingly gave me a return authorization number and an address but said I was responsible for the postage and they couldn't guarantee a refund because if it didn't make it back to the returns department I was out of luck. This seems extremely shady. I laid out $200 for this device and it sounds like I'm stuck with it. the representative asked me to record a video and send that into the same email that I sent photos in yesterday. I refuse to do that, this is not my problem. As I write this, I am waiting to hear back from a supervisor within "24 hours." I have reached out through Facebook in hopes that somebody will respond.

My advice is steer clear from this company. It is my understanding they also make a device called the no no. All I can say is Brandstreet is a big no no! My next step will be to contact consumer affairs, the better business bureau as well as Facebook and HSN where they hock this item to innocent people.

I’ve just started using my dermawand after a long period of not using it & I’m sure my wrinkles don’t look or feel as deep! I’m using mine with ultrasound gel which I purchased online & am going to try & use for the recommended 12 weeks.
