I have done a lot of research before the purchase and seen a lot of good review about this product. Especially 30 days guarantee give me the confidence. After 30 days of use, there wasn't any difference. After contact them, I was told to give more time and be patient . Therefore I was continuously religiously using it morning and night according to' instructions carefully, but there was still no any difference over two months of use . Very disappointed !

Was sent an order cost me $35.00 in bank fees. They said I would have to
pay all shipping and then it would be 30 days or more. Before the money would be returned. Very up setting had no money in account to cover any charges.
Still trying to raise enough money to cover it. It has been over a month.

I know that you have a great product because a friend of mine used it and showed great results. Unfortunately for me due to health issues was told by physician to hold off using the dermawand. It is still unopened. I am very upset because after receiving the first monthly shipment of cream I called your company to request for you to hold off shipping any further shipments. Not only did I get a second shipment despite my request which fell on deaf ears so I requested my bank not to allow any further charges. I am so upset that your company was trying to shove the product down my throat that I gave it away and do no want to have any further dealings with your company. Reported to BBB and FCC

Better items on the market. Had a hard time cancelling product.

i placed an initial order for two of the dermawand systems. i pain several hunmdred dollards for them as well. when it arrived about half of what i ordered and paid for was not in the box. when i called to tell them this they were suppoise to ship me the missing parts. however i was charged for this order and i never recieved the complete order again. then the automatic shipments that come every month or so have never arrived but i was charged for those as well. i was really excited about trying this product because i am a RN and worked in dermatology and cosmetic surgery for several years where we used dernabrasion ancd chemical peels as wella s face lifts. this product promised great resultxs but i wouldnt know because i have yet to try the dermawand because i felt ripped off. also the other products from other companies they sale during the phone call to order the dermawand was a rip off too. i have been charged numerous times for a product or rather a walmart $100 gift card for trying the service in which i never recieved the card or the information about the sevice offered. they have however charged my account several times withdrawing my money to pay for something i have never heard of since my first call to order dermawand. i remember the sales lady promising me that if i didnt like services i could call and cancel at any time but i never received the product information to know if i liked it or needed to cancel and ashe said either way the walmart gift card wass mine for trying the service. i am very busy vand forgot all about this unfril months later when i just happened to reveiw my bank statement and seen the charges from both dermawand and some other company tyhat i am in the process of trying to reach. i feel its only right to pay for what yoy get and if there is a satisfacftion guarante then that should be honored but never should funds be taken out of a persons account when the product does not get sent or received by the consumer. then they put 30 daY limits on returns and for a perszon who is very busy they may not look at there bank statements in great detail every 30 days and a busy person may let it slip their mind that a package or two is suppose to be coming but never does and usually when you dont receive a product you are not charged for it. i have learned a valuable lesson dealing with these two businesses. npw i jjust pray they do the right thing and redfund the several hundred dollars they took from my account for a product and service i never recieved.

I just want to say that I have experienced the best customer service from Derma Wand <3 I had a issue with a recently placed order and their customer service department has taken such good care of me. I am so excited to start using this product. If the product is as good as their customer service I can't wait for the results:) I will be back to place future orders and recommend this company to others considering placing orders with them. I really love the results I get from having high frequency treatments at my favorite spa. but not the cost. After doing some research, I discovered the dermawand. It's great -- same feel and results (it brightens and tightens my skin AND I think it helps with zapping zits) -- and the cost of the dermawand is the same as one treatment at a spa!

Works as well as they say it does. Realy! You have to be very consistent with it though.

noticed a HUGE improvement in my skin texture on my face and ESPECIALLY my neck..I use it 2 times a day ..once in the am and once before I go to bed.. 5 mins is all it takes..I cant wait to see the difference in a month...

I was please with the results around the eye area. My entire face seems firmer. I heard comments from people I haven't seen in a while "you look well rested" and to my husband "your wife looks as beautiful as ever". I hadn't received compliments like that in a VERY long time. I am 61 years old.

I use my derma wand daily. I take it on vacations with me.. I do not want to be without. I notice a major difference in my eyes.. Less sagging, lids lifted. I have a picture from three years ago and I cannot believe the difference. My skin looks healthier.. Smaller pore size. I used to have one larger pore on my nose that bothered me and I do not notice it at all. I'm 47 and people tell me all the time I look much younger. If something happened to my derma wand I would calling up derma wand or going online immediately to get another!

I am 48 years young, and I have been using the DermaWand for over 2 years now, and I am so impressed! I have bought so many skin care products and had so many professional facials done over the years, but nothing and I mean nothing has given me the results the DermaWand has. I use it 3 minutes twice a day, that's it. The key is consistency, you must be consistent. The Skin care creams are also very high quality at a fraction of what department store products cost and they work even better than them. I am the oldest of three sisters and every says I look the youngest! I see such a decrease in my pore size and trust me mine were large. The fine lines around my eyes are practically gone. I get to achieve great results at home, with my DermaWand. Love it!!! I will never be without my DermaWand!

I got my DermaWand a week ago and I am already seeing results! My skin is smoother and my pores are tiny - I never thought I would get the results promised but I did! I'll never stop using my DermaWand!

I got DermaWand for my mother two years ago and she's not stopped thanking me for it. This is one of those products that you think is too good to be true when you see the ads but the only way to really see it work is to get it home and test it out. It's easy to use, doesn't hurt (I thought being young and beautiful was painful) and it actually does what they say it will do (if it doesn't you need to call CS for coaching because science doesn't lie and you are using it wrong if you don't love it) There's not many beauty products out there that let you see the results happen within a couple minutes of using it. This company's offer is smart because it's priced perfectly to get it to your door for a low financial commitment and see that it works before you have to pay anything for the product itself. Just try it, you deserve it and you won't regret it!

DermaWand did amazing things for my skin. I feel it see and feel it working after every use! I've already noticed a difference in my pore size and it helps with little blemishes! This product is gold!

The product was good but just out of my price range at the moment. I did enjoy the cream and face spray also. Thank for giving me the opportunity to try the wand.

After a week I could see the difference in my face. I can feel the difference in my skin. I am extremely pleased. The only thing it did not do is lift my eyelids. I sent emails and asked if there was anything else I could do but I got no reply. Maybe there are some things it cannot fix. I am pleased with the changes I see.

I saw no change in my skin. I realized my 30 days where up on the 30th day. Very disappointed in this item.
