Bed looks good but excess wood blocking two leg inserts. Had to use drill and took lots of time to unblock.

Wrong size mattress delivered
I ordered a Double mattress on July 10. The mattress arrived on 21 July but it was a king size mattress. I called the customer service for this matter. They told me that I have to wait for another week before the double mattress can be delivered. I will now have to wait for my product for one more week for no good reason except that DFI messed up.

Poor communication
After receiving my order confirmation, I noted there was an incorrect phone number. I emailed the company and got an automated reply saying they were on holiday. I emailed again a few days later and eventually got a response to say it would be corrected, but it was not and I did not receive any contact re delivery etc.

I am so happy with this purchase. The bed looks beautiful in my room, but more importantly, it is hands-down the most comfortable bed I have ever owned.
