We are really sorry to hear your furniture is going to take two weeks to be delivered this is really disappointing to hear. After look into your order we are able to see we were waiting on the payment method to be finalised before being able to release the order. Once the order was released the delivery was then arranged based on the next available delivery slot.

Excellent service from DFS staff member Freddie. Freddie was friendly, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process of choosing our sofa and coffee table. Really enjoyed our experience today, James was very helpful explaining all details regarding the two sofas I was interested in, he asked me if I was interested in the small sofa or the larger one which I really didn’t realise there were, everything was very professional. I would recommend this company. Very friendly.
My daughter and I did have a chuckle regarding our tea and coffee which he totally forgot about but we didn’t mind as he was such a lovely person
