Excellent customer service
Excellent. Our salesman at Ashford, Kent gave exactly the customer experience you would hope for everywhere (but rarely get). He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful all without being pushy at all. He explained everything very clearly and although he gave us his name I am ashamed to say I cannot remember it to put it here !

Outstanding Customer Service from Freddie/Freddy
We had Freddie helping us today.
He is nothing short of perfect!!
We had originally, around February, been trying to pick out a sofa for our new house and Freddie gave us all the information on what happenings, prices etc.
We came back in today and officially brought our very first sofa and Freddie was (again) amazing at helping us. It was quick, easy and he helped us to feel very comfortable and like we was talking to a friend whilst being very professional.
DFS has lovely furniture and really good deals. If you need something affordable, they offer very good payment plans!
Thank you DFS and thank you Freddie. You were awesome!!

Freddy and Charlie were the members of staff that dealt with us. We found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We were never under any pressure to make a decision and were given plenty of time and plenty of options to decide from. Very happy with the service.

Freddie was really helpful and friendly
Freddie was really helpful with helping design the perfect sofa for my home, super friendly, made sure I knew everything I needed to know. We came in late at the end of the day and yet he was still in a great mood and didn’t rush me at all. Very pleasant experience and came away really happy with my sofa!

After look into your order we are able to see we were waiting on the payment method to be finalised before being able to release the order. Once the order was released the delivery was then arranged based on the next available delivery slot.
