Very pleasant experience at the Boucher Road store. Thomas showed us round and was very knowledgeable about each sofa. The one we ultimately picked, he went through the whole process and was informative and personable.

Not reliable
Bought beautiful sofas, La-Z-Boy, no power boxes in it. The manufacturer forgot to put it in. We as customers been contacting DFS for over four months. I was told that it will arrive yesterday. Stayed at home and nothing. DFS is not reliable. And causing a lot of stress it’s not worth buying there.

Electric 2 seater sofa
Great layout in store with good choices of sofas.
A warm welcome provided and offer of coffee which was greatly appreciated.
The salesman, Connor, was a great help with lots of advice and information about the sofas. Very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I was very impressed with the treatment we received.

Furniture delivery
Purchased furniture and paid in full on placement of order. On delivery some of the goods were missing and after 4 months still waiting delivery. DFS customer services keep saying it's coming but still nothing. Sent emails but no reply.
There just seems to be a total lack of customer service and respect for the customer.
