Fantastic experience buying a sofa
I purchased a sofa today. I already had an idea of what I wanted. We had a gentleman approach us about what we were looking for. He was fantastic start to finish. He wasnt to pushy which is what would have put me off as I already pretty much knew what I wanted. Great experience all round. I dont remember his name but I purchased a Ravina Sofa at 1.15pm on 7th June in Cheltenham so that should narrow it down.

Very pleased with the customer service I received when purchasing my new sofa. The staff were very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I walked in with a sofa in mind and completed my purchase within 20 minutes. We arrived at Dfs on Thursday and the…
We arrived at Dfs on Thursday and the older gentleman helped with discussing measurement’s and vast information on the sofa. I went home to make sure it would be suitable for my living room and returned on the Friday and the lady before purchasing also gave me knowledgeable information on how to clean the sofa if I was to stain it etc and was just as helpful!
I am so happy with the service of my visits and can’t wait for my sofa to arrive.
