Great experience, Lee was so helpful and helped us to find exactly what we required.

Gary was an absolute fantastic salesman. He talked us through everything in detail, could not be more helpful and made the experience so easy for us. Such a nice and genuine man who couldn’t do anymore for us.

We chose dfs because we think they have the best range of sofas to choose from
A style we love and a great variety of fabrics
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable
We had no problem in placing an order
If the delivery is to the same standard that will be great

What I liked about our visit to DFS this morning was that everyone was very pleasant, we were left to browse quite freely and if we needed help someone was there to give it. When we found the settee that we liked someone was there to help with any questions we had. Altogether my husband and I came away very happy with our purchase

Sam was extremely helpful with the information she gave us. Told us everything about the product and how to look after it and helped us to choose the appropriate covering, the different ways we could pay fort it and answered all our questions.

On Entering the store we were greeted by Gary who was very welcoming and asked us what type of Sofa we were looking for he then pointed us in the right direction. He encouraged us to look around the store and try out all the sofas we liked as we would use them at home and we were left alone to do this. Gary was very professional and Knowledgeable. We then approached Gary and asked for the details of the Sofa we have purchased and there was no pressure whatsoever. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Gary we cant speak highly enough about him. We left with the Sofa we had been looking for and the whole process was Excellent. I cant recommend Gary and DFS enough and we will ask for him personally when we return as we are now looking at making further purchases due the the Experience we have had today.

We came to buy a new sofa and bed. Saw what we wanted and found a salesperson to assist us. No one followed us around being pushy, which is what we like about dfs.
We completed the sale and were advised very well.

Alan knew his stuff and explained details well.

We were looked after this afternoon by Gary who suffered a serious kneck injury and back pain and myself just having back surgery was very unsure of what sofa would be suitable Gary was very knowledgeable made us feel very relaxed and we’ve picked the perfect sofa thanks to Gary and the great choice at DFS Darley Dale
