Emma the DFS staff member at your DFS Eastbourne was very courteous, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping us decide on which sofa to choose. Advising us on looking after and cleaning the sofa, and guiding us through the detailed finances for purchasing the sofa's through your finance scheme.
Emma certainly is a great asset to your showroom with her great customer service.
We certainly had confidence in purchasing a DFS product with the assistance we received in store.

Welcoming and friendly staff, but without being pushy. Leave you to have a wander, but happy to help with any question you have. Nice touch free coffee while you are deciding again no hard sales. Great that if you decide to purchase a second colleague will come and double check your order before processed. Clearly explain how the process goes from ordering to delivery. No hard sales on additional extras. Gareth was patient, friendly and happy. Looking forward to receiving my new sofa.

Great customer service, didn’t feel pressured at all, everything was explained very clearly, pricing broken down really well, did buy extra stuff I didn’t realise I needed but glad that I have. James was very polite and friendly.

After visiting the Eastbourne store which was very busy we were quickly observed and where served by Gary who was very efficient and placed our order with ease

Dfs was very busy due to bank holiday Monday, the staff were very busy and efficient, they were rushing around to keep all the customers happy we purchased a 3 seater sofa and 2 recliner armchairs which we were really happy with.

Excellent Service, very helpful, no pressure to buy anything or any extras.

A breath of fresh air compared to shopping on line. Plus we were offered a coffee which was the best latte we have ever tasted.

We entered the shop and was greated with a good morning and was left to have a look around a bit later an assistant asked if we where alright and could he be of any help to us which he was he did not push us to buy in any way. We purchase a suite we said thankyou for your help we where most grateful because we not under any pressure at any time he was polite and gave us excellent advice we was very happy with the whole experience.

Had a good laugh with the staff, Matt walked me through and explained everything. Overall, absolutely fantastic customer service and cheerful atmosphere with all the guys.
