Shopping for a new sofa
I was met by a lady named Tracey who asked if she could help in any way, or if I was happy just browsing.
I explained what I wanted and she took me straight to a sofa that fitted the bill. She was very helpful, explained the benefits, prices, extra options and likely delivery time. She offered me a drink and was very pleasant through out. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I paid £800 deposit on monday 10th and was told on that finance failed so would het a call on Wednesday to sort out the refund which didnt get a phone call and then a week later still waiting and got to wait for it to process then 3-5 working days from then to get my mo ey back absolutely disgusting from disgusting

This decision is not made by DFS, I can appreciate this process may be frustrating and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
After reviewing the order I can see you have reordered and the deposit paid has been transferred across. As you have transferred the deposit, this is not due as a refund as well. Rest assured I have arranged for the store to call and discuss this with you in greater detail to avoid any further confusion.
