We went to look for a footstool that matched our sofas purchased 3 years ago. Not only did Sian remember us she remembered what sofas we had bought 3 years ago. Although the sofas were no longer in store Sian looked for them on her tablet and enabled us to order exactly what we were looking for!! Sian definitely went over and above today!!

I was helped by 2 members of staff. The store manager vido and sales team member Curtis.
Both were fantastic, helpful, kind and lovely people to talk to.
Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was set out clearly for me and I left happy with the purchase I made.

I went into find a corner sofa and got I one. very good staff too they where very helpful.

I purchased a sofa from DFS and wanted to highlight the excellent service I received from the salesperson. From the moment I entered the store, he was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect sofa for my home.

There was no pressure to buy, and I really appreciated his honest advice and patience while I considered my options. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to his excellent customer service. I'm delighted with my new sofa and would highly recommend DFS, especially because of the outstanding help I received during my visit.

Went with our room measurements and was greeted by Matthew who was amazing he gave great advice on what to do first and was always around if needed on advice but also gave us our space to look sit and discuss our options
on choicing our furniture Matthew made the purchasing very easy and explained everything very well

On our first visit we spoke to a very nice lady. On the second visit to purchase our furniture, we spoke to a man who, wasn’t very complimentary about his female co-worker.
At the end of the purchase, he informed me that I would receive a review to complete and he needed a 9 or 10.
If I wasn’t going to give him a 9 or 10, don’t bother, just delete it.
We felt that he was quite rude at recommending we do this, especially when he wouldn’t have got a score anywhere near a 9 or 10.
No customer should receive this kind of cocky attitude. Disgusting!

From walking through the doors we connected with Jane & her male colleague no forceful selling sheer professionalism and actual enjoyment of choosing our new sofa! 100% a credit to your store. Can’t wait for the 12 weeks to pass. Karen Taylor Exeter

We have been in to the store multiple times over the last few weeks and every member of staff we have come across has been so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We finalised our purchase today and are so happy with the service we have received, we will definitely be buying from here again!
