Very helpful and informative staff. Beautiful comfortable sofas. The staff member showed me how the sofabed works and had the information I needed about sizes.

Also happy that I could easily re-arrange delivery to a day that suited me by calling DFS. The sofa is arriving well before schedule as well so I am a happy customer :)

Looked at purchasing a sofa, appreciated Ben introducing himself and then allowing us the time to explore before then offering his assistance, which meant I did not feel any pressure from the classic let me follow you around the store. Ben's product knowledge was excellent on the sofa we asked about. Returned the next day, ended up purchasing a different sofa (recliner vs family UShape), equally as good of knowledge. We had been to see beds at another store, and Mike (former Dreams employee), was introduced to me by Ben, who was then able to discuss their beds and mattresses. Honest. Transparent. Very Helpful. Bought a sofa and two beds and felt very happy with the service I received. Must mention Steven, the Assistant Manager of the store, who was also polite in passing. If all purchases and sales people were this pleasant to deal with, online shopping would not be so popular.

We bought our recliner sofas plus a nest of tables from Sonia Peek from the Farnborough store. The range of sofas are incredible we were really impressed as its been 6 years since we last shopped for a sofa. We went through all different ranges and furniture bits until we found ‘the one’. Sonia was incredibly helpful talking us through everything and explaining things in detail including the care kit which we loved. I highly recommend DFS and would like to say a special thanks to Sonia!

We visited DFS Farnborough a couple of times to decide on our new sofa and dealt with a lovely lady called Sylvia. Sylvia was very helpful, non-pressuring and answered all questions. We changed our mind at the last minute due to sizing and she agreed with our decision rather than pressuring us to get the more expensive and larger one. Great experience, thank you!

I was very happy with the help I received from one of the sales team, unfortunately I can't remember his name but hopefully he'll know who he was! He was very attentive from start to finish without being pushy and explained everything I needed to know plus was quick to ascertain what I was looking for.

We were impressed with all the products available and found it difficult to choose because there were so many great options.

Silvia was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She spent time with us discussing our needs, helping us narrow down the selection, and ensuring that our choice would fit perfectly within our space. Her knowledge, patience, and advice made the decision much easier.

To make the experience even better, she helped us secure additional products along with free delivery and a discount, which we really appreciated.

We were also very pleased with the finance program. The approval process was fast, simple, and hassle-free.
