Sales person very helpful

Very friendly greeting, staff communicate well and talk you through everything. They were very thorough.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The team was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently, and I would happily use the service again.

The customer service was outstanding

We Came in and was Greeted straight away but we were given the space to look around I couldn’t see the one I saw online so Mo said that should be upstairs and he was spot on he showed me the options colours and I did say that I need the arms to detach as it will be difficult getting it through my door to the living Room He was very nice and very helpful I sat on the sofa and and I said yes straight away it was a Really nice Experience I had today and I’m Really looking forward to my new Sofa coming

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish at DFS! She was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. She took the time to explain every single aspect in full detail, making sure we understood all of our options clearly and comfortably.

What really stood out was how much care and attention she gave us — there was never any pressure or rushing. She allowed us plenty of time to properly think through our choices and gave excellent advice and conclusions that truly helped us make the right decision. Her knowledge, communication, and customer service skills were honestly exceptional.

She made the whole experience feel easy, relaxed, and enjoyable, which is rare to find nowadays. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to leave happy and confident with their purchase.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Her service was genuinely a 10/10 and she deserves huge recognition for how amazing she was. Thank you again for such a fantastic experience — we’ll definitely be recommending DFS to others because of her!

The sales representative who advised and assisted me with the sale of my sofa was professional, knowledgeable and helped me with making my final decision to purchase my sofa. I would recommend DFS to friends and family based on the experience I encountered and i will be visiting the Greenwich store again within the next 6 - 9 months to purchase another item - thank you :)

Great service young man named mo Greenwich dfs very friendly tho shame dfs don't have all sofas to sit on and look at .in the end we choose a corner sofa so looking forward to that .
