Having been in numerous times to view I find the sales team have the right approach to customers , not pushy , don’t follow you round the store constantly… they are friendly , more than happy to help and assist when needed along with making the purchase a comfortable experience.. thanks to John who assisted my family on this occasion ..

I have bought from DFS a couple of times in the past, and my Daughter has bought recently so I didn’t hesitate in going into our local store in Stoke on Trent. Beth who helped me to place my order was lovely. She explained all the details of the sofa I was about to purchase and was very informative of the extra care products.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff able to advise and make practical recommendations.

We recently visited DFS and had a fantastic buying experience, thanks to our sales assistant, Chrissie. Buying furniture can often feel overwhelming, but Chrissie made the entire process much less daunting. She was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable, answering all our questions with ease. She offered assistance at exactly the right moments and was never pushy, giving us the time and space we needed to make our decision.

Chrissie patiently walked us through everything step by step — from sofa care and maintenance advice to a detailed explanation of the insurance options, and she gave us a clear estimate for delivery too. She worked hard to make sure we got the best deal possible.

We ended up purchasing a sofa with recliners, plus the care and insurance package, and couldn't be happier with the service we received. We'd definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy furniture. Thank you, Chrissie!

Never had a leather sofa, met a gentleman named Andy who was a mind of information taking me round the store. Would you like recliners No don’t like them. Conclusion I bought a Denim Blue leather sofa with recliners, care/insurance package.Am so happy had a lovely time. Thankyou Andy for your help.👏👍

Great friendly customer service from Beth. Helpful, informative, explained product fully, types of leather, care of product, etc.

It was the most relaxing shopping experience that i have ever had. I was left to browse the products without been pressured by staff coming over and asking what are you looking for. Once i had made my choice Andy came over and discussed everything from framework, material options, payment options, 5 year sofacare package, how to keep the furniture in good condition. He also made a brilliant cappuccino! I am more than happy with my purchase!
