Pleasant staff and Jackie was extremely helpful.

Everything was straight forward and Irene the young lady who helped us was very professionally at her job and very friendly. 11 out of 10 for her.

We were allowed to peruse the furniture unhindered. Once we decided what we wanted the assistant was extremely helpful, explaining everything we needed to know, asking where the item was going to be situated, cleaning process and insurance etc.
She went through the finance side thoroughly and it was a pleasure to make her acquaintance.

Danielle was extremely helpful. She explained all the “extras” so that we understood.
She did not rush us into buying, she gave us time talk between ourselves.
We actually had to come and make sure of our measurements, we said we would return within the hour which we did. She thanked us for “coming back”

Irene was friendly, helpful and professional. She was able to direct me to the right furniture and explained all the questions I raised.
I have purchased what I was looking for along with a 5 year warranty.

Had a great experience today placing our order for some new sofas. Danielle was great in the High Wycombe branch providing excellent customer service and great knowledge on the sofas. Very smooth and friendly service.

Looked online and saw the High Wycombe branch had the Amanda Holden Lovvie sofa.
I called the branch to double check before driving 2.5 hours and 2.5 hours back to see the sofas before placing an order.
The sales representative said they have them on display. So I travelled down to see them.
When walking around I was unable to find them, so I asked a sales staff. They said they don’t sell these any more. And the display sofas were sold. But I can still buy online.
I did explain to him I spoke to someone in their store 3 days ago and said I would be coming on the weekend.
He didn’t mentioned the display model was being sold and they may not have it on display.
They also didn’t have any of the swatches for this sofa range.
I was hoping to place an order today.
Very disappointed and a day wasted traveling there and back.

Very helpful and knowledgeable person who greeted me on entry. Unfortunately I didn’t take her name to personally mention her in this review. I was quite specific in what I was looking for in a sofa and was immediately shown to one that met those requirements.
All my queries answered in a friendly and helpful manner. Made the purchase straightaway!

the range of sofa was good and staff were helpful. we browsed and went away, then returned and bought a sofa with two chairs. the experience felt good with no over selling and pressure being applied.

The assistant that helped us with our purchase, his name was Kamil, not sure that's the correct spelling of his name, sorry, he was informative, explanatory and friendly and made our purchase very easy, very commendable DFS in employing a salesperson that was not over pushy and listened to what we wanted to say and had answers to all of our questions. Only one complaint, nothing to do with the salesperson, I thought the delivery charge was excessive indeed I did not really expect to pay that much for delivery.
