I couldn’t be happier with my new sofa! The quality is outstanding—it’s incredibly comfortable, beautifully made, and looks even better in person than it did online. It has completely transformed my living room, and I’ve already had so many compliments on it.

What made the experience even better was the fantastic customer service. The member of staff who helped me was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They made the whole purchasing process smooth and stress-free, and nothing was too much trouble.

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend both the sofa and DFS to anyone looking for quality furniture and first-class customer service especially when dealing with the same member of staff I did. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I got a good price on the sofa and the delivery was great. But there was a leg missing. The delivery guys installed a temporary black one (should be tan). The delivery guys said they ordered a new leg and someone would contact me. No one did, I called and no record of it. I sent photos and they ordered a leg. 8 weeks later, wrong leg was delivered. I went to the store and they ordered a new one. 8 weeks later the correct leg was delivered and I scheduled an installation. They were supposed to give me a time the day before. No contact, but it was a weekend (Monday install). I get a text message Monday morning cancelling the installation. I got a friend to help me install it.

Kamil was brilliant - attentive but not pushy, offered lots of suggestions and a really lovely guy. Very excited to receive our sofa!

Friendly wuick and happy with my purchase

We went into high Wycombe DFS after visiting friends who have just had 2 x 2 seater sofas delivered. We liked their sofas immediately.
We had a lovely saleswoman, her name is Irene, Irene was professional, polite and friendly and wasn't pushy at all. Although we had the name of the sofa we wanted she still let us take our time by looking around your showroom, until we were ready to put an order through, which we did. We can't give Irene enough praise, very professional and as long as you've got salesperson like her working for you, your on to a winner.

Very good service

I and my Partner were looking for new Sofa specifically 3 seater with pull out bed we decided to visit DFS High Wycombe (~14/06/26) when there we were approached by Jackie who offered to help us , she was very helpful and professional but in a nice way that made the experience nice and relaxed something you don't always get in other companies stores, We told Jackie what we were looking for and she gave us some different options and although initially we were going to just look around at different stores/Manufacturers options but in the end The Quality of the Sofa's and of the service Jackie provided made us decide to look no further and Purchase on the day, to summarise all round a successful stress free purchase and a 10 out 10 for Jackie.

I bought sofa from DFS 20 years ago and was happy with quality and make.

I was unsure of exactly what I was looking for and Jackie was very helpful in assisting with my decision. She was knowledgeable about the product, helped me to understand what was important and explained the whole order and delivery process clearly

The customer service was great, the staff were genuinely helpful. They helped me to choose the right sofa to fit in my house and were very patient with when I was considering a few options, they walked me through how each options with fit in my living room.

We had a very tight time frame and our sales associate kept to the facts, didn't over complicate things. From start to finish it took 40mins to order our new sofa.

Ordered a DFS sofa which was a collaboration with Joules. Unfortunately what arrived was obviously made differently to the sofa in the store. Marks on the fabric, wonky legs, nails pushing against the fabric from underneath. DFS were contacted and sent someone to look at it. Apparently the marks are normal. He fixed the protruding nail and said he’d put some spacers on the legs to straighten them. When I got home I inspected the legs, which were now almost straight. The spacers however are actually some folded paper towel stuffed under the leg. Pretty shoddy. I wasn’t expecting a top quality sofa for DFS money, but this is well below expectations. Hopefully DFS will take the sofa back to save me having to get my credit card company involved.
ETA. Another representative has visited and agreed that the ‘fix’ wasn’t acceptable, a 2 hour appointment has been made so that he can attempt to fix it. However we have no faith in DFS and will be asking for a refund or the credit card company will action a charge back.
