A very pleasant way to buy a new sofa,Julia in the Ipswich showroom was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. She was very professional, not at all pushy and spent a lot of time and effort to help us make a decision.All in all first class service.

Lisa and Tina were simply fabulous when we popped in last Tuesday. We had seen the sofa we liked online and when to view it in store. We dealt with Lisa initially and she ran through all the options with us. There were no pushy sales person techniques used, we knew what we wanted and she helped us with it. We didn’t make a purchase that day as we needed to measure up so I said I would pop back on Sunday, 7th June, which we do. We’d planned the sofa, chosen the colour and were very pleased with the whole process. I’d totally recommend my DFS to my friends and family. Thank you, the cup of tea was a lovely touch too!

Great experience with Tina. On Wednesday we had initial conversations and everything was emailed over. We returned today to purchase the sofa and specifically found Tina. The whole experience was relaxed, informative and she answered all of our questions. The best thing - was the brutal honesty when we were trying to decide what would work for our family and our household.

Really enjoyed making this purchase.

Sales lady was really helpful, attentive and cheerful.

We had a lovely lady who was answering all our questions, we knew what we wanted but unfortunately didn’t do what we had in mind. After a lot of questions to this poor lovely lady , she show us a few options and the first few didn’t fit the bill until we show us one in particular. She went above and beyond with service telling us about the sofa. How it works how we can change parts to make it our own and move sections to fit our room. She was very professional in every aspect. Would happily go back to be serviced by this lady.

Excellent service from start to finish. Greeted on arrival and left to browse the store. Any questions were answered first time and without hesitation. The order was placed with Tina who is an asset to DFS. Tina was friendly, polite, helpful and gave a brilliant level of service. Having worked within a service industry I would have her on my team any day of the week.
If the delivery is as efficient then it will be a 100% across the board.

We visited the store and was welcomed and shown around, the staff asked the right questions without being pushy. After making our choice we went away and phoned in the order and was taken through the steps carefully and politely. The whole procedure was flawless, well done.
