DFS Furniture - Kettering Reviews 

We initially spoke with Nigel who was friendly and knowledgeable about the settee we were looking at. Don was particularly helpful too and when we wrnt to place the order James assisted us offering a 5 year stsin/wear warranty which we decided to take. Looking forward to sitting on it in our new home. We particularly liked no pressure sales. Thank you.

We had a good experience from entering the Store. It was bright and clean and welcoming.
We browsed around at our own pace and was asked by a sales person if we needed any help, we didnt at the time. When we were ready to ask questions about a certain sofa we were joined by Nigel who was very polite and helpful. He offered us a coffee and we sat and discussed what would be good for us and we chose a colour. We were given lots of options about treatments etc that offered protection as we have animals. All in all a very good experience would recommend DFS.

The gentleman that dealt with us was very good, not pushy at all and very personable. Just enough help but didn’t overstep. Gave us all of the information needed. Just a shame I can’t remember his name.

excellent customer service without the high-pressure sales pitch

We went to look at sofas and bought one due to the relaxed atmosphere in the showroom. There were no pushy sales assistants but they were there to help and tell you about any we liked. Reece helped us to get the one we really liked explaining all the aspects of the 3-4 we had chosen. Came away very happy 😃

We recently visited DF and had an excellent experience thanks to Nigel. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole sales process. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.
