Went to DFS today, my first time… exciting times as I am moving into my first home in a matter of weeks. I was looked after by ‘Phil’ at the Llandudno Branch. Excellent store visit
We went into the store looking for a recliner.
We met Brian who could not have been more helpful when I explained why I needed one and quickly. He found the right one for me, called the delivery guy and facilitated a speedy delivery.
He also helped my 90 year old husband to find a toilet, got the fire door open etc.
