Really great experience in the llantrisant store. Staff there there very friendly and welcoming and grant who sold us our settee was very knowledgable and made the whole experience stress free.

We had fantastic customer service from David. He was very helpful with our initial questions, and provided great information and support while we made our order. The process was very straightforward thanks to his help.

The customer service was 2nd to none. All staff were welcoming , approachable and knowledgeable

Leah approached us very quickly within us entering and made us extremely comfortable. Myself, my wife and my autistic son had entered and he was very excited to jump and bounce on all these sofas and i was having a hard time helping him refocus and relax. Leah was fantastic offering us assurances we were welcome and calming our son by offering him bubbles, while in discussion she calmly listened to what we were after and asked questions about our current sofa. She knew our current sofas measurements seemingly by heart(another dfs sofa)and could envision exactly what we were after. She was completely ok with us making constant changes to what we wanted and made the whole experience so positive. If she upsold anything she did it so smoothly i didnt even notice. Genuinely great human but brilliant sales person too. Cannot rate enough, i hadnt even fully decided if i wanted a new sofa before entering.

Very well communicated, many options given

I visited the store the store on Monday Lewis approached us and was ready polite, helpful and efficient he even made me a diagram with measurements of the sofas I liked for me to discuss with my husband. I knew I would be returning to purchase the product that Lewis sold to me by just his manarisum. I returned to the store on Saturday with my husband and again nothing was to much trouble for Lewis he explained everything. We think Lewis is an asset to the company.

David was superb at explaining every aspect of the purchas including the finance. The new manager also was excellent.

We have visited the Llantrisant store several times over the past few months and each time the staff have been amazing. They are polite and friendly and more importantly do not hassle you! This is the second order we have placed with DFS in eighteen months and highly recommend them

I popped into DFS just to see if there was any new designs. I was greeted by a lovely young gentleman called Mackenzie.
He was very helpful in finding me a lovely suite, telling me about what it's made of and how to keep it in good condition. The price was good to. He explained on who to contact after having the Scotch guard Treatment if there was any stains or damage to the settees that I couldn't clean or repair myself.
Mackenzie was a very informative assistant. He answered anything that was on my mind and the whole process was smooth and I wasn't rushed into buying anything I didn't want.
Great experience in the Talbot Green branch of DFS.

What a lovely experience buying a new sofa. We went to store to look at a sofa I'd seen online & I'm really glad I did as it wasn't the one for me. The saleman Grant was really helpful and not pushy whatsoever. Showed me another alternative which was perfect. Swiftly ordered with him and looking forward to delivery in a couple of months.

No pushy salesperson but efficiently helpful when needed

No big pressure but very helpful at the same time .staff was very helpful and had very good knowledge of every sofa I looked at and helped me with visualising different ways of positioning each part of sofa would also like to thank the young lady who helped by the name of Leah who worked there and young man Lewis who helped too so polite
