We were allowed to wander freely throughout the store until we reached the point where we had decided. At that point we found a member of staff who was excellent in the way in the way he dealt with us and we were very happy customers as we left!!

We were looked after by Denzel in the Preston store, he was really helpful and we never felt pushed or rushed. The other staff were also helpful in pointing out similar models that we had seen online, but weren't available to see in store. Easy relaxed service.

The staff where very helpful asked us what we were looking for soon as we walked in told them and they pointed us in the right area then left us alone while we chose what we wanted then answered all our questions about the furniture we wanted and then we made up our minds and bought the furniture thank s to very helpful staff.
