Don’t trust what they say in store
Very very unhappy as should be getting our sofa this Friday 5/6/26 book a day of work got rid of our old sofa’s today 3/6/26 now got a call saying there’s no stock even though it says in store delivery in 7 days what a load of rubbish. Annoyed is an understatement. 😡😡😡
BUT in store they was lovely so not there fault.
Still waiting for my sofa NOT happy. Sitting on the floor and beach chairs aren’t good.

They took the time to clearly explain all the options that best suited our needs and gave us plenty of time to make our decision without any pressure. Great service! Professional and friendly. We had the pleasure of buying two couches with Adil’s help at Romford branch and we felt like he was superb when it comes to customer service. Very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. We would definitely come back. The selection was good as well, we found what we were looking for in a decent price range.

The staff member was friendly and…
The staff member was friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us get the right colour and material for the sofa we ordered. She explained all delivery details and checked sizing to get through the house which made us choose a slightly different sofa to come in sections which will fit through living room doorway.
I have bought from DFS before and would do so again.
I would recommend people to get there furniture there.
