originally left a 5 star review when I went to purchase the sofa since then it’s gone down hill my sofa delivered 3 weeks after date promised then since delivery date 1 week later issues started 3 months later after 19 emails and 3 visits and no contact from store manager am still no further down the line sofa broken can’t sit on them we are sitting on the floor 9 messages left for store manager and no contact back I think it’s time to deliver the sofas outside the store

I came into the Ruislip with a good idea of what I wanted to buy, complete with a sample scatter cushion. Lady quickly directed me to range that she thought met my requirrements and identified a closely matching shade. Very professional.

I recently ordered a sofa from DFS. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ordering process was quick and easy. Although I’m still waiting for delivery, I’m very happy with the service so far.

I recently visited DFS in person and had a really positive experience. The showroom was well laid out, making it easy to browse the different sofas and furniture without feeling rushed. We was supported by Adam who was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions without being pushy. He took the time to explain the different fabric options, delivery times, and warranties, which made choosing much easier. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the whole experience was relaxed and professional. I would definitely recommend visiting a DFS store if you're looking for quality furniture and helpful service.
