Very refreshing to be left to browse the store at my own leisure and not be pressured by sales staff. I was able to approach a staff member initially to ask questions about the range I was interested in. I returned 24hrs later and picked up with the same member of staff (I had to approach her). Very knowledgeable and thorough when taking me through the purchase and bringing in a 2nd staff member to double check my order was correct. I wasn't pressured into any after sales or insurance but just informed what was available. Told what to expect goung forwards. Very welcoming and friendly staff and made to feel comfortable lets hope all goes smoothly.

We were helped by Darren in the Speke DFS store and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was very thorough with his explanations and ensured that we knew everything regarding the sofa we purchased prior to buying it.

Fast efficient friendly informative service provided, in and out in 40 minutes with the sofa I wanted. 10 out of 10.

First and foremost, the team were excellent. The ladies were very friendly and helpful, offering advice and reassurance over choices.
They carefully explained the options for after care, the warranty etc. so we were completely aware. At the point of breaking down the bill, I felt the experience changed. Unexpectedly, the bill for delivery was announced as circa £130. There was no pre warning of the delivery costs which, we found latterly, are advertised around other showrooms (not DFS). Having spent months saving to pay for the couch outright, we did not expect to have to foot additional significant delivery charge. Thankfully to save embarrassment, I was able to pay for it using my overdraft which I then had to borrow from family to cover to save on unauthorised OD bills. Overall, I'm not particularly pleased with the experience and would recommend to friends and family they shopped elsewhere. Again, the staff were excellent and this is in no way a reflection on the service they provided.

Susan Rimmer made our experience amazing. Susan explained everything and assisted us both with our experience. I would highly recommend family and friends if purchasing a settee to speak to Susan. Susan’s knowledge about our purchase was outstanding. 10 out 10 for customer service she was just brilliant ⭐️

Nicole was the best representative. She took her time to explain everything to us and discussed not rush. She answered all our questions and gave the best service possible. The sofa selection is also great and we love the one we got.
