Particular mention goes to Nikki at Stockport that’s one knowledgeable man on the products, great interpersonal skills, good communication he just had a great way about him and made us all feel comfortable and involved in the purchase (family of 5 with x3 young kids)

My advice use this man to train the young guns they would learn a lot from him he seems a genuinely top bloke who cares about his customers and job.

Nicky was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable about the range of sofas, not pushy with a sale and had a great sense of humour. He gave us plenty of time and space to wander around but was never too far away if we had questions. Excellent service and I can’t wait for my sofa to arrive.
